The media could not be loaded. We’d been using a very basic washing machine for some years. I always felt very frustrated whenever I needed to do the laundry. For example, the spin did not work very well and I had to go add extra spins after each wash cycle. It had no monitor for time indication, I had no idea how long it would take for each wash for the function I chose. I have a little messy toddler in the house. One day I decided to wash his dirty clothes in the intensive wash. Oh, gosh, it took forever to finish, probably 4 or 5 hours. Another issue that really bothered me was there were some stains or marks left on my dark-colored clothes after the wash. I tried to clean the machine, but it seemed it did not work well.Here we finally upgraded to a modern one that solves all my issues and also offers extras that I am looking for. The machine arrived well packed. The delivery men were very nice and handled the machine with care. Originally, we planned to get a plumber in to fit the washing machine for us. But after reading the guides, it looked quite easy. We just needed to unplug the old one and plug in the new machine, which was very straightforward. After we removed the old machine, it took us 20 minutes or so to fit in the new machine. (Warm notice: there are 4 bolts on the back of the machine that need to be taken out before first use.). The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The features that I really like about this washing machine are:1. Steam Care, auto-clean, and drum clean are very essential for me, esp in the climate of Pandemic. I am always extra careful. I add anti-bacterial washing liquid to each wash of mine. When you have a toddler in the house, it is a must as he climbs or rolls everywhere. I do not know how much germs and dirt our old washing machine has collected over the years since it has no proper machine clean system. Those functions are really important.2. Quick wash: This will definitely save us a lot of electricity, esp summer. Summer clothes intend to be light. I want to have a smaller load, esp when it comes to my son's clothes wash. He plays outdoor a lot in summer. Due to the pandemic, I have to change his clothes whenever he comes back from outdoor play. I need to wash his clothes more often in summer. So, the quick wash comes in handy for sure.3. Child Lock: When I had my first wash, I just realized how useful this was since my toddler went to twist the Lunar Dial (program selection) in the middle of the wash.In general, super happy about this purchase: easy to use and easy to install! The running noise level is quite low as well! Highly recommend this machine if you are looking for a well-functioning washing machine with a modern design.

Had this washing machine a couple of days and so far so good, not too noisy with good wash cycles and fancy display. Don’t make the same mistake I did if ordering a service as the delivery guys would not install new machine and take the old one away as I hadn’t drained it properly so read the small print first. I got a full refund on the service.

I purchased this washing machine after reading the reviews and I'm not disappointed.. my instant first impression is that it's a very pretty machine. It looks slick and the LED display is an amazing feature. Every aspect of the machine is well build and amazing quality for the price. I love that it plays little tunes when you switch it on, set the programme and when the wash is finished. I want to take a moment to marvel at how quiet this machine is... like super quite. I'm not sure how they have done it but it's incredible. If you live in a flat this machine is the one for you. There are lots of cycle choices, some a little long. However, there is two shorter cycles that'll save you time and money. The quality of the wash is excellent. People compare this machine to Samsung for a reason. They are giving them a run for their money at half the price. Finally, the delivery team were a delight. Helpful, quick and very friendly. I'm pretty chuffed with this purchase.

We bought this machine after our previous washer and dryer broke down within days of each other and we have had this machine for a few months now.We are impressed with how easy the washer-dryer was to install and it’s pretty simple to use. Washing and drying functions are great. I particularly like the “steam care” function for shirts. It leaves much fewer creases and seems to be a function found on much more high-end machines. The machine is also very quiet compared to our previous machine, which is an added bonus.My only quibble is that the wash-and-dry function takes 8 hours to complete. Admittedly, we have just got used to it and we use this function overnight but I just don’t understand why it takes so long, given that a separate standard wash and dry takes 2:50.Overall I do like this machine, despite the long wash/dry programme. It is quiet, does the job well, is decent on electricity consumption, and is good value for money, compared to other high-end models.

My washing machine died on me so I went browsing for a replacement and found this beauty, at a good price and then on sale because of Black Friday, making it even better.The machine is pretty quiet compared to others I've had over the years which is a bonus many buyers look for. It's not totally silent of course but it doesn't 'scream' while spinning at high speed. There are a lot of options available for washes and fewer for drying, this isn't a problem though and the items I've washed and dried in it came out clean and fresh. A couple of items did come out with wet spots after a dry, BUT, this is my fault as I opted for the faster drying time, lesson learned.The soap drawer can be removed too for cleaning, a nice bonus my old machine didn't have so now I can clear out soap-scum left behind after multiple washes.Cleaning out the rubber door-seal is easy too, just grab a cloth/sponge and wipe around to remove hair/debris and in my case, cat fur removed from clothing during a wash.The brand may be unknown to many (it was for me) and will be cheaper than a 'brand name', but, it performs well and these days, with money being tight, is something to consider.Overall I'm very impressed with this washer-dryer and recommend it to anyone seeking a replacement or as a new machine.
