Title: Outstanding Push-Up Board with Valuable Bonuses!
I recently bought this push-up board from Amazon and it's been a game-changer for my home workouts. The board is sturdy, the hand grips are comfortable, and the color-coded system is a fantastic guide. What's even more impressive is the bonus package that includes hand grips and a jumping rope, making it a fantastic value for the price. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this product is a great addition to your home gym setup. Highly recommended!

Good Product, Poor Instructions
The pushup board and the handles appear to be made of a somewhat solid plastic. They don't give the impression that they'll last years, but they also don't feel like they're likely to break after only a few weeks of use. My biggest concern with regards to durability is with the coupling and decoupling of the holes when inserting the handles. The handles are held in the board through the compression of the plastic around the peg. There will only be a finite number of times that the handles can go into each hole before the plastic eventually breaks. That said, I've enjoyed using them so far. The different hand positions that the various holes allow for seem to put the working emphasis on some different muscle groups. That said, a pushup, regardless of how you put your hands, is essentially always working the same muscle groups. And the handles raise your body up slightly, making the pushup slightly easier than doing them on the floor. These facts could be positives or negatives depending on your overall experience and fitness level. It's been a long time since I've used a jump rope, so the included one was a fun novelty for me. It seems well made. Likewise the hand gripper. Neither are so well made, however, that they would be a reason to get the set.The biggest negative overall of the set is that the included instructions are very poor. There's very little explanation for why the holes on the board are placed in the way that they are or how you should be using the board. It doesn't take much to figure out how to use it, but the instructions should be better regardless. If you're looking to do various pushup based workouts at home over a period of several months, I'd say this pushup board will probably work well for you.

Fun Way to Do Unfun Exercise
The media could not be loaded. Pushups are not exactly fun, but this board adds an angle of that 1970s touch-the-color game called Twister, as well as raises the stakes in the perception of the value of simple pushups, how just changing up hand placements can lead to multi body workouts. My main reason of getting it was one of the perks, an included hand gripper that matches one I gave to my mother that my father wanted one also. It led me to discover this nifty compact board for getting the most out of push-ups.It also led me to see the instructions are half-skewed so took a moment to make a little vid here to show the trick to do it, that the designers were not half-baked, just the instructions makers. Also including a pic of where I put the anti-slip pads it came with as there aren't any instructions of any wheres and there are less pads than there are receptacle ends under the board just as an example so you can see that you can put these anywhere you want. While push-ups on the floor are not my thing, standing up push-ups are, and I wondered if doing a slight adaptation of leaning on a table or bed with the board would work as effectively as regular standing push ups where one leans into the wall. Gravity would work against using this board vertically on the wall, but on flat on a table or bed as it would be just like on the floor. And I was pleased to find it works great that way and also makes it funner from the colors and the multi variations per body part that really do work to spot train what is specified. So that it works effectively using a table or any equal surface that is waist high, makes this also a great exercise tool for those who can't do or don't want to do regular floor push ups, including those with weaker upper body strength, such as seniors, women, etc where you can start there and work your way up to kneeling push-ups, if wanted, or just stay upright, adding weights to your waist using a dip belt, or simply ankle wraps on your shoulders, etc.I found that if I use isometrics in the process, which is purposefully contracting your muscles and keeping them flexed the whole movement, I can get a good workout, even standing with this board that by its design encourages to do several types of push ups targeting the different areas. From its simplicity and its impact to turn this into fun, I think it is a fun device worth getting. Push ups were out of my vocabulary, now with this board, they are in, and looking forward to each session.

Seems like a neat accessory if you use it
Push ups are hard, I have such bad upper body strength I thought hey this cute board might motivate me to do my daily pushups. It did not. So if you are looking for a tool to make working out fun and easier this is probably not it. However it is not the boards fault it is totally on me. I liked the grips I thought it could be nicer if they made it able to put on an incline but the different positions look like they would really give you a good workout. The accessories are a nice add on feature. I have been using the handgrip and I think my salsa jar capabilities are definitely improving! Okay I know I need to get back to the board. It seems sturdy, it's a hard plastic. I just prop mine in the workout corner but it does come with a bag if you want to put things away. I think if you want to up your push up game this tool would really probably helpl...if you use it :)
