Low-quality folio-style case feels very flimsy. The tablet is only held in place at the corners and with one clip on the right side, leaving the edges of the tablet exposed all around. They didn't go with this minimal design because it's a good idea, but rather because it was cheap. Thanks to its penny-pinching design, the tablet never feels securely attached to the case. The case also provides no protection whatsoever for the edges of the tablet on three of the four sides. The materials used to make this case are too flimsy for the magnetic lid to work, and also make the auto wake/sleep function hit-or-miss at best because light can easily bleed in from the edges of the case. In a very bright environment, there's a fairly good chance that your tablet display will turn on without you realizing it when the lid is closed, and while being carried around, the magnet is not strong enough to keep the top of the case in place. A good quality folio-style case is going to provide more of a frame for the tablet to sit in, rather than tabs at the corners. It will have cut-outs for the speaker grills, microphone, and charging port rather than leaving the sides of the tablet completely exposed. It also may or may not include a compartment for the stylus accessory. Leaving the right side of the tablet exposed does allow you to charge the stylus if you have one, but you will need to carry it separately from the tablet. If you do have a stylus, getting a case with a stylus compartment is a good idea. Final Verdict: This is a low-cost, low-quality tablet case that is lightweight but provides little protection. Spending some extra money on a more durable case is 100% worth it.
