My dogs love it
Very nice dog bed/ car seat for my dogs. It fit perfectly in the back seat of my X3. I can fit my two medium sized dogs perfectly for a short ride. It’s mostly used by my 34 pounds Dachshund /retriever mix and he loves it. It’s easy to remove and clean. The straps can be placed safely around the headrests, I added an additional dog seatbelt. It provides the right height for a medium sized dog to look outside the window. It’s more like a big foam bed, but it’s sturdy enough to hold a dog or two small dogs. I am very happy with this purchase. My dog can sleep comfortably during our long trips. Highly recommended.

My pitty fits!
This is so nice, my pitty fits in it perfect. She tends to curl up in ball so it works for her. If your pitty is chubbier it may not work out for them. It's a little stinky but I'm sure that will wear off soon. Fast shipping (overnight) and easy to install.

does the job, but...
Our pup loves this car seat. Seems comfy, with good cushioning. Works for the most part, except the way you have to attach it to the seatbelt is really awkward, and it doesn't always stay in place - if the seatbelt retracts, it doesn't lay flat on the seat.

Buy it!!!
My puppers is my baby. We are best friends. When she takes rides with me I want to ensure that she is safe, comfortable, and can make cute noise print art on her window and can see out of the front windshield when she wants. This hits all the marks for us. She is 50 lbs of love and she’s a short stack so the size fits her perfectly. She falls asleep easily because of the comfort she gets. She is now raised up from the seat so she can make art and she can see out of the front. She has a bungee hooked up to her car harness but we bought that separately. The cushion she sits on has a removable cover that can be washed. Everything else looks to be hand washed. Note, this does take up space!! I have a Ford Maverick (truck) and it takes up the middle and right seat. We have three humans and the pup so it works for us. I keep it in the truck all the time.

Excellent quality and fit for our larger dogs.
We have two 65+ lb pit mix dogs and they fit perfectly in these beds. Pretty easy to install and the quality is excellent. The fabric and foam inserts appear to be nice quality. We have not washed yet, but we used them on a cross country trip with our two dogs over a two week span. It allowed them to rest comfortably. Two fit perfectly in our 2024 GMC back seat. We did have to let the dogs climb through the front seat and then into the back as there was not enough room for them to jump in the back door with the beds in place. It was not an issue for us or the dogs. The beds also fit nicely into the back seat of an 05 Dodge Magnum, but the same with the truck, they had to climb in the front seat, over the console and into the back/beds.

Well made but the design needs work
The idea behind this product is great, but the execution needs a little work. I will say that it seems to be well made, meaning that I don’t foresee the fabric tearing or the seems coming undone, etc. However, the strap that is meant to loop around the head rest is useless. There was still A LOT of slack after it was tightened around one headrest, so I tried looping it around both backseat headrests, and it wasn’t long enough to do that. I ended up tossing that strap and securing the clips to the strap already in place for my seat cover. The strap meant to hold your dog in place also seems poorly designed and cheap, so I opted out of using that as well. Instead, I cut a hole in the bottom of the product and fed through our higher quality strap that clips into the seatbelt clip. It would be nice if there were zippers or Velcro flaps already in place to allow this (like our seat cover has). If you are installing this in a seat with a chest strap seatbelt (versus a lap strap only), it is pretty difficult to do by yourself. You need one person to keep the belt from retracting and locking while the other person works to squeeze the sealbelt clip through the loops that are just barely big enough. I definitely broke a sweat trying to get this done. Lastly, while it is great from a comfort perspective that the foam pad in the bottom is thick, it is SO thick that it puts my dog almost level with the bottom of the window. He likes having the window down (which is why we need a high-quality strap to hold him in place), so this just doesn’t work for us. The lining under the pad (the bottom of the product) is pretty thin, so I worry that it will tear if I just leave the pad out, especially since I had to cut a hole in it as mentioned above. So to mitigate this issue, I’m working on cutting the foam to half thickness, but that it NOT and easy task. With all the modifications I’ve made, it does suite our needs, but it’s pretty disappointing to have to put in all that extra work for a pretty expensive product.
