The scooter seems like it is very good quality. It is easy to use. The app is also great and easy to use. The scooter is quick and the battery seems to last for a good while.

I needed a way to get home faster from work & I’m glad I got my scooter, No more missing the bus because of the train. Overall it was a decent buy because I got it on sale! The speed is decent, the brakes definitely work and I love the thick tires. The battery life is ok, I usually charge it my last 1-2 hours of work every 2-3 days just to make sure I have juice and I like that it slows down as the battery runs low to save power.I do wish that the LED light was a lot brighter as it can barely be seen and doesn’t offer much lighting at night. I also wish that the scooter stayed connected to the app once paired initially.

I have not ridden on it yet, 😥, because when it arrived we were in the middle of a winter storm, and there is still snow on the ground. But it went together flawlessly and charged perfectly. It’s big (sized for an adult!), and seems very sturdy. I can’t wait to use it!

Decent scooter. Battery life is horrible. I go around the block twice and Battery is already dropping. Then once the battery start dropping, so does your speed. It drops to 16-17 after it drops 1 bar. 14-15 after 2 battery drops. 11-12 after 3. You'll probably get 10 miles full battery.Update: the throttle gets stuck now.The scooter gets stuck at 3 mph. You have to flip the thumb throttle to get it unstuck.

Just unboxed the scooter and charging it for the first time so I haven’t used it yet. I’m impressed with the unboxing and scooter itself.

The folding latch physically isn't able to latch onto the hook on the back part of the scooter for me. I can't tell if I did something wrong, but the demo video just shows it snapping on without a hitch and it just isn't in position to do that for me.The brake pads I think also came on way too tight and is actively straining this thing. I tried adjusting them to no avail, so I might need to send it to a shop to get it looked at. Either that, or the back wheel is just naturally stiff and squeaky and the battery life on this scooter isn't quite as much as advertised.It seems very good outside of these issues so far though.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm loving this scooter! I purchased it because my spouse and I are currently down to 1 vehicle and instead of buying another vehicle ($$$) I got this scooter and I'm having so much fun running my small errnads. I find myself looking for reasons to leave the house. I'm in my late 40's and this scooter is easy to ride, easy to work and so much fun to ride. Cup/cell phone holder sold separately.
