This Stuff is AMAZING!
We've tried different chimichurris both liquid and in powder form and let me tell you...THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!We've used it to coat meat before going on the grill and in the traditional way---with red wine vinegar and olive oil. Everyone whose tried it loves it!

Greatest rub and marinade.
This is great for pork and beef, works great for a marinade before cooking or eat as a condiment with your favorite meat or veggies. A little bit goes a long way, so it is well worth the cost. I will be purchasing again.

Great taste!
Great chimichurri mix. Easy to mix up and great on steak, grilled vegetables and any other protein. Has a little heat to it and great flavor profile.

The Sauce and Marinade Mix is OK
Al Frugoni is a master chef of Argentine Asado style BBQ. And I'm absolutely sure that when he makes fresh chimichurri it is excellent. But a "quick and dirty" chimichurri from dried herbs just isn't the same thing. I've tried his mix as both a chimichurri dipping sauce and as a marinade. As a dipping sauce I give it a pretty hard pass. The mouth feel is similar to chewing on dried grass hay and the flavor is stale. Sorry, Al. That's my experience. As a marinade it works OK but considering the price of meat and the effort of doing an asado why marinate the meat in a herb and spice mix that is "almost" like fresh? Fresh parsley and chilies are not expensive.Bottom line: In a pinch I might use the mix for a marinade. As a salsa verde dipping sauce I pass.

The best
This is much better than making from scratch. Keeps well in the refrigerator too.
