Thin but Effective
These single-use adhesive patches activate with air and are pretty versatile. I have used them on my neck, back, and stomach (for cramps), but they can also be used on knees I suppose to help with pain. They warm up after a few minutes and the heat lasts for several hours, nothing too intense, just steady comforting warmth that helps with tight muscles. The adhesive sticks well and is non-irritating plus the patches themselves are thin enough to wear under clothes. Overall, these patches are effective for addressing pain relief, they work well, and are easy to use.

As good as advertised! Better value than any other brand!
These get super warm, way better than the Midol brand(which are easily 3-4x as expensive) or other brands, and they truly do last for 10-12 hours! Seriously, $1 per patch, and they blow every single other brand completely out of the water! Also, for i see a lot of reviews of people saying they stick it directly to their skin….are you guys dumb? Do not stick these to your skin, yeah maybe it feels nice for a little bit, but that’s a great way to actually burn your skin(even if you say you do it all the time and that’s never happened - it most certainly can and will someday) It specifically says on the package to not apply directly to skin, just read the instructions people!

Good heat - not very sticky
Stay very warm but the sticky isn’t the greatest. But I’m using on an area that is moving around a lot

Warmer than name brand, and store brands
Recently bought a 4 pack of store branded heat therapy patches to see if they'd help. They were so weak I thought the first was a dud, but all four were so weak I barely felt anything. The website said they heated to between 104 & 110 degrees. 104 is barely over body temperature and too weak for me. Supposedly that's the "therapeutic" temperature, but my knees wouldn't agree.THESE however! These are1. an excellent bulk price in comparison and2. get HOT! Comfortingly warm either to loosen up sore muscles and joints or just to keep warm in the cold. They get warm enough that if they're sitting against the skin you might want to be careful about leaving them too long - Peak temp of 65C is nearly 150F! The sticky side does get hotter than the padded side. Know what you're using and be careful when necessary.

Poor adhesive layer and burned my skin
I've been using Cura-Heat patches which adhered well to the outside of my elastic knee brace or directly to my knee (with a layer of paper towel adhered to the sticky side so that the patch was not in direct contact with my skin). I bought this product to save money. The first day, I placed the patches on the outside of the knee braces and they kept falling off. Taping them did not help, either, so I threw them out. Today, I placed a layer of paper towel on the adhesive side of the patch and then placed it directly onto my knee, as I'd done many times with the Cura-Heat patches, one of which was on the other knee. Within a few hours, I realized my knee felt very hot, and when I removed the brace, my skin was very red and blotchy. It was normal on the Cura Heat side. This product heated up too high and has insufficient adhesive properties.

Good product
I wish I could just put the product directly on my skin without any irritation, etc. but other than that, it’s a decent product and I like it we’ll purchase again

Works super well and a fraction of the price of main brand patches!
Just tried out the KONGDY Heat Therapy Patches and wow, I'm genuinely impressed! Each of the 20 patches comes in its own little packet, super handy for tossing in your bag or desk drawer. They’re really easy to stick on and peel off without any ouch-moments or sticky residue.I’ve slapped these on everywhere from my stiff neck to achy knees and my chronically sore lower back. They heat up pretty quick and give off a cozy warmth, not too hot, just right to ease the pain while I’m at my desk or chilling on the couch. And ladies, let me tell you, these are a game changer for period cramps! I stuck one on my lower belly, and it was such a relief without having to resort to popping pills all day. Plus, they’re thin enough that you don’t feel like you’re wearing some bulky heat pad under your clothes.Definitely keeping these around!

Great On-The-Go Heat Source!
I’m very impressed with how well these heat therapy patches work! They kept me warm while watching football in the freezing cold, and they’re an excellent substitute for a heating pad on the go. Convenient, effective, and perfect for a quick burst of heat when you need it. Highly recommend!
