It arrived... initial bootup, BSOD(blue screen of death) 4-5 times just trying to load windows setup. finally was able to get into windows setup, but each time completing it (this is prob the 6-7th time im trying), it restarts and starts windows set up all over again. I've had this computer for 2 hours and have yet to see the desktop. Damn shame for spending $1k on a computer that should be ready to do just about anything right out of the box and i can't even get to the windows desktop to try to do anything. Ill provide an update if i can get a hold of any type of support, but that doesnt seem like it's going to happen. Ill prob just return it and spend my hard earned money elsewhere.UPDATE: After writing this, it finally after 8 tries, allowed me past the windows set up screen and to downloading updates. Any non computer savvy person would not have even tried this much. I HOPE greatly exceed my expectations.Update 2: Original SSD and windows 11, this system didnt like. I swapped the supplied SSD with my good Lexar SSD with windows 10, performed the updates (via windows update) for all the hardware supplied in the new computer, and it runs and responds far better. Still a little laggy on boot, but otherwise it's doing great now.Overall, Still highly disapointed that a new in box pc isn't ready to run. Fair warning!

PROS:I like the screen display that's built into the computer, besides figuring out how to get the build in display as a second monitor the experience has been smooth.After updating windows 11 and nvidia graphics driver Im all up to date with everything and no gliches so far or performance issues after update.Im able to multitask with 32GB of ram-- the processor seems fast, there isn't any lag or speed issues.I'm still downloading the games I want to play. I did download Forza and Counter Strike 2, it runs very smoothly.The delivery was fast, other places will take about a week to prepare shipment.The keyboard, mouse and RGB mousepad is high quality, works great.CONS:For some strange reason one of the fan in the back turned off and will get in touch with tech support, I baught 2 year warranty. Lets see how it plays out.I tried to contact the manufacturer, its some company in Canada left a voicemail and didn't get a response.There is amazon support from the warranty I baught for 2 years, I will give them a try.I'll leave another review after 3 months, lets see how it turns out.

Purchased in December 2023 for Christmas gift. Purchased extended warranty also. It quit working on April 19th. Had it checked out locally and they determined that the fans would not work. We contacted the extended warranty company and they said that the item should still be covered by the manufacturer warranty. We contacted them and they said we couldn’t return it but they would send us parts to fix it ourselves. We have sent them everything that they have asked for in addition to pictures of the various stickers with all pertinent information on them. Today they say they need pictures of the fans. Seems like they are just stalling and to add insult to injury you cannot talk to a human at Amazon to complain to them. If I had it to do all over again I would purchase locally.

The media could not be loaded. The pc isn’t bad at all actually it runs pretty much all of my games at high settings like advertised I don’t like the fact that this used to be prices at 850 dollars and all of a sudden there is a huge jump in the price now… whatever I guess I got luckyThings to note are there is not slot for a hard drive it’s all ssd and there are two sticks of 16g ram I have pretty much no problems with my pc. I’ll use it for a couple of months and may leave an update but it works really well. Not worth the price it is currently atIt comes with windows 11 home, and the fans aren’t much of a bother

My first desktop gaming PC. I usually go laptop due to school and work in ems where I'm on the road alot more than home but I got this for a home setup. It was easy to set up and I didn't have any trouble getting it updated. The lights are awesome. The usb wifi dongle it comes with is junk, but for less than $20 you can get a really fast one here on Amazon. I've been playing Starfield on ultra settings the last few days with it not even getting warm. Also fallout 4 VR, WOW, and Destiny 2 runs great all ultra. Very much recommended for anything out now.

I bought this product in December the computer stopped working in February. It crashed and would not work with a reset or restart. I tried to reach out to the seller for a replacement or refund and haven’t gotten a response. Do not order from here they do not make quality computers.

I bought this computer in January for gaming. Giving it three stars because the product is good. However a month and a half of play games on this computer and the computer would not turn on. I just had a black screen. The graphics card would shut down after 10 seconds and nothing could go to the screen. I was getting signal but nothing else. Research showed either the graphics card or mother board is probably bad. I’m taking it to geek squad to get fixed. Other than that it seemed like the computer was great for gaming and could run any game I played. Some games that had high graphics I had to turn down slightly. The mini monitor upfront is just an additional monitor. I used it to put my OBS studios on while I played my game. I was impressed with the computer until it wouldn’t turn on after a month and half…

I bought three of them for Christmas for my kids all three of them the graphics card burnt out within the first year and you have to pay return shipping for them to repair it if it’s within the first year if not, make sure you buy the extended warranty because they will burn out made Very cheap with very cheap materials do yourself a very big favor do not buy from this company
