I simply boil water in microwave in a coffee mug then add 2 1/2 tablespoons to the hot water and stir well and it’s that easy. Just start sipping. It’s no sugar added and tastes great to the two of us even often having later in the day as a treat as well as in the morning when we awaken. The quality and flavor is perfect and a good value for the money. I appreciate the size of the container too bec it lasts a decent amount of time. We definitely recommend.
