I don't know what happened to this shave head pack. It's just like my old one, but it takes twice as long for me to shave. Please write to me with instructions to return and replace.

Speed of this unit is much slower. Lots of resistance compared to the OEM. Also, the blades are not nearly as sharp. It takes a while to finish the shave. Lastly, the head keeps falling of the base of the shaver. Would not buy, but also can not find an OEM replacement either.
