Waste of time and money. Seeds got germinated. As soon as I fill it up with water, it got rotten. My tank is now filled with white fungus!

I put less water 3 inch in aquarium and added seeds, all submerged and top of soil.. I am providing light everything, however after a week also not a single seed germinated
