great resource
I found this book to be a guide that I will want to keep on hand. The author goes through all the vitamins and minerals, laying out the facts, benefits, and signs of deficiency of each. I considered myself to be knowledgeable about health supplements however, I discovered so many benefits that I was completely unaware of. The book encourages getting these nutrients from a well-balanced diet and lists foods that provide these necessary nutrients. The book even provided me with a good excuse to eat dark chocolate, to get the copper I need in my diet ( As if I needed an excuse to eat chocolate). The book is a great resource for anyone interested in improving their health through nutrition.

Easy read
I liked the way the author addressed each vitamin and mineral what they do for your body. What symptoms of deficiency are for each vitamin and mineral, and what foods are high in certain vitamins!
