Like others have mentioned they came tightly packaged and would not inflate after a whole week of being unwrapped. Sadly it is past my return window so just have to take the L. Glad they don’t sell them any more.

Didn't realize they came vacuum sealed, but they fully puffed up within 5 minutes!

These half bolsters are compressed flat and folded in the package. Upon removing package neither inflated. Both items remained totally flat for 24-hours I considered returning items immediately. Then I decided to try something. I removed the covers and placed bolsters in the dryer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Once foam was warm the bolster inflated to correct size. I've never had compressed items that didn't inflate immediately upon package removal. Seller should consider adding instructions of how to inflate to avoid unnecessary returns.

These arrived tightly vacuum-packed and taped. I think perhaps too tightly. After the frustration of opening the package that was too tightly taped, I discovered that after two days, the pillows were not taking shape. I only immediately needed one of the pillows, which I kneaded and stretched for the next two days. After several days, the second pillow is still mostly compacted. I still recommend these pillows because once it is worked into shape it's a very supportive and comfortable pillow. I hope that the seller will take note of the compaction issue and resolve it but if you do get the smashed one, knead it and stretch it by folding and twisting and it will take shape. I deducted one star for the frustration factor but this is a 5 star set once that is resolved.

My physical therapist recommended I purchase something like these half bolsters to make some of my home exercises a little easier. After a little while I found this set and went ahead and ordered them. The bolsters arrived very tightly vacuum packed – probably the tightest that I have ever seen – and therein lay the problem. I took them out of the packing and placed them on the couch in warmer room to fluff up. I expected the 'fluffing' to take at least a few hours but probably a few days to fully complete. Well, a few days went by, then a week, and now it has been well over a month and they still have not regained even a little bit of their shape. They don't look a single bit different than they did a few minutes after I released them from the packaging. Quite disappointed to not be able to use them for anything at all and I will need to find something elsewhere...
