Worked as advertised, great system for the price
the install went with out a flaw , the pictures is very clear , the swann app works well one my i phone . so far i am very happy with the system i would definitely refer to a friend , also night vision is very good .

Poor instructions
Very impressed with the cameras and how easy to install, but dislike it had no manual to give better explain how to use the unit, and online info sucks! There are two options of recording, normal nonstop or motion, I like to set each camera to record to my needs some motion only others normal but I can’t find info to set it up. In normal mode the unit over right recordings in 4 days! My last unit saved recording this one doesn’t.

Picture quality is very clear when viewing live or remotely. App is slow and there is no remote, other than that works great for home use! Night and Day quality is great!

Do not buy!!!
The DVR component is wonderful. The cameras have great hd 1080p quality video. The system is easy to set up. The app is HORRIBLE!!! It will not consistently stay online. You are luck to see one camera. It will not alert you to issues. Despite multiple calls to customer service the issues remain. For the cost of the system the app should be better.UPDATE! After talking to customer service, we started using the beta program of the app. It has remained horrible. It rarely ever works.

the quality of the picture is really good, easy to install but the only thing that swann needs to work on is the mobile phone application it's very slow to open.otherwise this camera system is a good deal

I’m glad I got it
The instructions don’t tell you about if it doesn’t go off change the sensativity so after a bit of a struggle I called the Help line and they walked me through it. The biggest issue is I live in the woods and the spiders think this is the best place to hang - lol did you know spiders are active EVERY NIGHT between 1&2 am? Lol I also find that the light changing through time and leaves will cause it to trigger but so does wildlife and people. Glad I have it. It’s fun to watch

Absolutely Love them. My only request is there was an instructional manual in the box to explain all the features. It only has QuickStart guides in the box. However, I was able to find a manual online. I recommend this sustem fully. It was simple to install and I love getting them movement alerts. They are instantaneous! Ring has nothing on this system!!
