Once you have the other stuff needed it's fine, just can get a bit warm
Use it as part of the stuff I need to use my phone as a monitor which it does fine. It does get warm but I understand this is comon issue for most HDMI capture dongles. Is it a deal braker? na your not going to burn yourself :D but just keep an eye on it just incase it gets to hot for your liking.

Perfect to use with iPad Orion app
Bought to use with “Orion” app to connect my iPad Pro M4 as an external display to an older windows computer.It is literally plug and play, works first time, picture quality is perfect and there is no lag at all.The build quality of the device is great with a metal body to control heat and ensure durability although I did not observe any elevated heat at all during use.

Works great for connecting PS5 to Mac
Works 100% when connecting my PS5 to my Mac using the GameScreen app. Can play in 1080p/60fps without any stutter at all.
