Great choice! It’s very comfortable to handles and overall quality is very good making it a reliable addition to any kitchen. However, some mention a need for proper maintenance to avoid rust. Overall, it seems like a popular and well-received cutlery set.

22 Pcs Black Silicon Kitchen Utensils Set.I’ve collected a bit of a mishmash of cooking utensils over the years but wanted a matching set, so I got these. It’s a comprehensive set of 10 silicone covered utensils - everything you need including spoons, spatulas, slices, ladle, a brush, and a whisk. You also get pair of tongs, some silicone finger mitts, a holder for the utensils, and hooks for them if you want to hang them up insead of using the holder.The tools are all a good size, feel quite solidly made and look well finished. The utensils aren’t solid silicone - they are metal with a silicone covering, this makes them nice and rigid to use and they feel like they will last. They have decent length wooden handles that are smooth and feel nice to use. The tongs aren’t quite as good as another pair I have, but they are perfectly usable nonetheless.The wooden handles are drilled for hanging using the supplied hooks, and this is where I feel a few corners have been cut to keep the price down. As far as I can tell the handles are varnished, but this hasn’t been applied to the drilled holes. This means water may seep into the wood after a while; time will tell if this impacts their longevity. Similarly with the whisk - the holes for the wires aren’t sealed and this could collect dirt and water over time.What I liked about it:• Comprehensive set, everything you will need.• Nice and solid.• Nice weight and balance.• Nice appearance.• Good price.What I didn’t like about it:• The handle holes aren’t varnished or protected from water.Overall, I like this set. They aren’t the very best quality I’ve ever used, but it’s a good set of tools at a good price, they just need to be cleaned and dried carefully.

The set includes all necessary tools.The inclusion of a kitchen utensil holder, 2 silicone mittens, and 10 hooks adds to its practicality.One notable feature of the set is the wooden handles with hanging holes, which is a convenient design for storage. However, there are a few drawbacks that I observed. Firstly, the spatulas are not as wide as I would prefer, which may limit their efficiency for certain tasks. Secondly, the silicone material used for these utensils is relatively soft, particularly at the front, which could potentially affect their durability in the long run.While the utensils set has an attractive appearance, my concern lies in its overall durability. It remains to be seen how well these utensils will hold up over time, and I plan to update my review accordingly. Nonetheless, considering the current price point of £14, it offers good value for a basic kitchen utensil set.

I got these as I had my eye on two or three specific items that I wanted - the flat spoon for use in my smoothie cup and the slotted spoon for draining poached eggs. I guess most of us will have a handful of utensils that are our 'go tos', a bit like washing machine programmes! This set allows you to try out a wide selection and keep the ones most useful for your lifestyle.They appear to be well made and it's good to have the option of keeping them on a counter top in the supplied canister or putting up hooks - although there are ten hooks with 11 utensils, which seemed a bit odd. I like the wooden handles as I'm not a fan of the feel of silicone on my skin (anyone else hearing me on that one?!) , so they feel more comfortable in the hand with the wood.At £14.99 at time of writing, this offers very good value - I'd definitely purchase for a uni student or child leaving home, but for a well established household or serious cooking, you'll want something more robust and 'true to size' - some of these utensils are quite small. It depends on what appeals to you and how much time you spend cooking I guess.After reading other reviews I'm very pleased to say that mine did not have that odd smell - as I'm very sensitive to scents that would definitely have been a deal breaker for me.e
