These bitters are like having a professional bartender making custom drinks for you. I enjoy all three of the flavors. Haven't figured out which is my favorite added to my gin martini.

This is the best! Nice chocolate flavor that is a bit more co plex than "just cocoa". Not bitter like some others, but has an edge for sure. I like a few drops in coffee, or just in mineral water. Sadly I forgot it is a glass bottle, and I guess a little thin, so when it fell on the counter it smashed all over so need to buy it again - don't forget it's glass like I did!

We're enjoying the added flavor when we make a gin martini with a lemon twist and bitter.

Bought this for the Christmas season to sync my bevvy with the holiday spirit and it is very special. I am getting rose for the late spring/early summer season and looking forward to some new seasonal flavors as they grow their business... Maybe a play on the wild violet blossoms for Spring would be an option?

We tried the woodland bitters, which we were very excited about having read the reviews for the various bitters flavors from this company. Unfortunately the flavor is EXTREMELY mild. We couldn't taste it at all in a cocktail, and it was not discernible at all in straight water until we added 50+ drops to 8 oz of water. We tried the bitters straight and the flavor was still fairly mild, but delicious, which is a little disappointing since it was exactly the flavor we were hoping to impart in a cocktail!
