This is the best vacuum, very lightweight, simple to use, nothing falls out of the bottom when the machine is turned off, battery is great, and the self clean feature is AMAZING!

Great vacuum. Bought it based on the Consumer Reports top review, and it doesn't disappoint. I thought I would have to still use my corded vacuum, but this is powerful enough to clean as well as my Kirby. It's all I need for my medium sized apartment, I assume the battery would not last long enough for a bigger house. I do think the entire AI thing is ridiculous. It doesn't take AI to increase and decrease the motor speed. In any case, I always set the power manually, using max power always and only using a lesser setting if I think the battery isn't going to last long enough. One suggestion is a base with adjustable height legs. I had to build my own because my floor is slightly slanted and seeing the vacuum slanted irked me (just a square piece of wood with screws at each corner)..

Unit works great. We love it. The only comments for improvement is that the internal filter gets "clogged" quickly and we have to keep cleaning (rinsing and drying) it every couple of uses, then it takes a whole day for the filter to dry. It's annoying. Otherwise it works great, very light weight, easy to use, love the led headlight on the floor vacuum. It really helps the small dirt items stand out and be noticed when vacuuming on a hard floor, not so much on a carpet.

I've had other stick vacuums in the past and they were just OK. This one is expensive but it is the best one out there. We've only had it for a week but have used it almost daily because it is so convenient. We've been decorating our Christmas tree and mantel and that leaves a lot of glitter, artificial snow and other small trash on the floor. I kept the Samung Bespoke Jet AI Cordless Stick Vacuum nearby and vacuumed as we went along, so we didn't track glitter everywhere. Talk about powerful! I've never had any vacuum pick up glitter from a wood floor with only one pass. I love the AI feature too. It detects from you move from wood to an area rug and automatically adjusts the vacuum. The canister on the stick automatically empties into a bag inside the stand when you put it away. When that bag is full, AI tell you to empty it! I did and was shocked at the amount this powerful stick vacuum vacuum had picked up in just 3-4 days!!! I know the newness will wear off, but for now we are fussing about who GETS to use the vacuum next! LOL!

so far this is the best cordless vac we have had. Overall the noise volume is not as high as most. The vacuum ability is excellent. Changing the floor setting based on "AI" does seem to work so far. Charge does last as expected. The auto empty feature is great (but at first a bit to get use to).

I loved the idea of this vacuum but using it was extremely frustrating. I usually vacuum a little everyday. Every use, vacuum says to check microfilter/dustbin, opening canister to remove micro filter is difficult and i was concerned i would break the plastic attachments. Needed to rinse the microfilter and dry for 24 hours after each use. After a week, i gave up and am sending it back.

Designed by Satan. A warning to anybody without exceptionally strong hand strength. You will be hard pressed to mash the button to get to the small filter to clean it. The button is cheap plastic with no real way to easily push it up to get to filter. Finally found a tiny screwdriver I can barely wedge into small opening to get it open. As far as the big filter is concerned, you will never get the container open if you don’t have big hands and lots of strength. Have to get a friend to do that or will have to buy a vise to grip it and probably still won’t be able to get it open.On the subject of the small filter, one can buy a replacement for every other Samsung bespoke stick vacuum for about $10. Not so for this one which is virtually identical to those. It’s only available from some Samsung “partner” for $85+ which means that without paying this extortionate price, you can’t use the vacuum for at least 24 hours while the filter dries, that is if you are fortunate enough to ever get it out of the vacuum.As for how it actually works, the suction when on AI is formidable. The downside is that pushing it across carpet requires lots of strength. Turning it is, therefore, difficult as well. It is not self-propelled.The vacuum bag is relatively easy to replace. That’s a good thing. It’s nice that the vacuum’s self diagnostic function sort of tells you when it needs to be replaced although at the same time it also tells you the filter needs cleaning so you really don’t know which one of those things needs to be done, or both. Given how hard it is to clean the filters that could be is that I would avoid this vacuum if you don’t have big strong hands and no back problems and don’t mind being extorted on the filters. It does an excellent job on carpet cleaning, and the self cleaning feature is nice.The bottom line is I would not buy it again because I can’t clean it without help. In this regard, the design is appallingly stupid, if not downright sadistic. It was clearly designed by someone who didn’t give much thought to the fact that somebody who might not be a body builder with hands the size of hams might need to clean it. I gave it two stars rather than one only because of the suction.

I got really frustrated buying cheap vacuum cleaners at Target and having them last a year or less, so this time, I checked Consumer Reports for the best one and this was it. I bought it on Amazon and it has performed beautifully so far. It's far more powerful than I expected for a battery-powered stick vacuum. The bags used in the stationary unit are kinda small, so I'd recommend getting a supply of those, but the build quality and the AI features work great and I love finally being free of cords!
