Picks up sand and stands up to the weather. I love it

This mat is thicker & heavier than any of the dozens I've owned. The large 36x24" mat lines up perfectly with the doorway, and it does a good job keeping the sand outside the house. One minor glitch, is that one corner was folded back a few inches, and despite placing weight on it a few days, it still doesn't lay flat. I only mention it because it might be a tripping hazard for some. I'm pretty sure that wetting it down & applying a weight would fix it, but I couldn't wait to put it out on my porch. Very happy with it.

Bought this mat as I needed something for inside the back door. Figured dual-use (wiping shoes and cat scratching) was the way to go. The cats instantly knew what to do with it. Now even after two months, the mat doesn't show any wear or fading. My furniture in the area doesn't have any further scratch marks either (bonus!). Cleaning the mat is simple enough, either a quick vacuum or a shake outdoors. Definitely pleased with this purchase.

I got this for half price when Amazon put it on special. But I still would have paid full price. It is so cute and just what I wanted. I trust the Gorilla Grip brand and have many of their products. Great price and product.
