I have trouble sleeping. I Tried these after taking many fancy brands costing much more. Mostly 2 will do me. Occasionally I’ll do another two if I’m having a bad night. Take them early enough (8.30-9pm) and you will wake refreshed and ready for the day ahead. I’ve taken them later like 12am or later and I get good sleep but need to not be up and at it the next morning. They probably take 40-60 mins to kick in for me…. I can be reading and I’ll drop my kindle or book etc… and realise I’ve dropped off. I have them on S&Sand like that they’re natural. I do think magnesium is a brilliant thing… 3 sorts for 3 different reasons I’ve had them price wise from £8-20.. but I’m willing to pay the £20 something for a good night’s sleep.

I have tried numerous supplements to help me sleep, finally I have found the right one. Amazing! Take this in the evening and I sleep great now. I’ve been on magnesium supplements before, ie Citrate, Gluconate, Bisglcinate. This is far better than anything I’ve tried before, it actually works! Wish I had tried this a few years back, that’s how long I have had sleeping issues for. Great supplement, definitely would recommend 🙏.

Very effective for sleeping
I have been having problems sleeping and relaxing at night it recommended to me I bought very interesting stuff I can now sleep very well at night don’t wake up tired anymore I will recommend to anyone have sleep and relaxation issues give it a try very effective

This Magnesium Glycinate works really well. Keeps leg cramps away. Also seems to help with sleep. I always re-order!
