Saved by the Adapter at The Ballgame
I have a Go-Go Sport scooter with 24v system and this works perfectly. I was at a Baseball Game and needed to charge my phone and the phone of a First Responder. Plugged both phones into the adapter that was plugged into the Scooter Charging Port on the Tiller and they were fully charged in about 30 minutes from 27% when starting the charge. I showed another Scooter owner the device and they immediately ordered one for their Scooter. This is a must if you will be traveling and may not have access to a regular power source. I would most certainly order this again. You do have to have your own cable as one does not come with the adapter.

Great product! Highly recommend!
This is a great charging option for people with mobility scooters and power wheelchairs. I can charge any usb-a and/or usb-c devices now which is very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend plugging laptops into it though because those would require more power than the charger is built for and it might overheat the charger and possibly damage the charging port of the chair/scooter. But it’s perfect for small devices like phones, watches, tablets or small gaming systems like a switch. It’s pretty long almost 4 inches so some people might find that unappealing but I have limited hand strength so the length makes it easy for me to grasp. I love the USB-C charging port. This is the only charging adapter for mobility devices I’ve found that has the usb-c charging port. And bonus! I found out tonight it will charge devices even when my chair is powered off. My chair automatically turns off after 30min of inactivity and it continues to charge whatever’s plugged in. Although, sometimes when I plug it in to my controller, I get a pop up on the screen that says “smart fuse trip” but it doesn’t stop the charging function or drivability of my wheelchair. If I turn off my controller and back on it goes away. I can avoid this by turning off my chair before plugging in the charger. When I turn my chair back on there’s no pop up. I really like this charger! I use it the most with an Apple MagSafe charger for my iPhone and a usb-c to lightning cable to charge my headphones. If you have a family member or friend or even you yourself use an electric scooter or power wheelchair, this is a MUST HAVE! And the price is very reasonable too!

Worked perfectly as expected.
I bought this cell phone power chair charger to replace the one I got with my power chair 6 years ago. I had run over mine, and the exterior casing broke. It still worked, but the interior wires were exposed. I subsequently was able to successfully glue it back together, but I learned a valuable lesson: have an extra on hand in case an incident like that happened again and the original could not be repaired. BONUS: this product has a dual charging port.

No circuit protection to protect from a malfunction of the device
There does not appear to any circuit protection to prevent damage to the powerchair or scooter that it is plugged into if it were to malfunction. Strongly suggest if using this device do not leave it unattended. A controller for my chair cost $ 1200.00 to replace and the chair manufacturer or insurance will not cover for such damage. You will be liable for your own repairs.

A must have for wheelchair owners
I purchased this to plug into my permobil wheelchair and from there it goes to my desk where I have an iPad being charged all day via a magnetic USB charger. The set up is fantastic and I never run out of batteries.
