Picky Boyfriend loves it!
I finally got my boyfriend to go on keto/low carb diet after he saw a segment on Dr. Oz about Montell Williams being a proponent of it. However, he is what I would consider a very picky eater. He loves sugar/is a sugar addict, is EXTREMELY sensitive to “fake sugar aftertaste” and bitterness, and if he doesn’t like something he will refuse to eat it. I got him this because he really likes chocolate milk, so I tried to find as many substitutes as I could. The bottom line is he loves this stuff enough that he asked about reordering it. He loves the taste, texture, and sweetness is not bitter/has no gross after taste. It mixes well and the best part is that he has lost weight already (He’s already lost over 10 pounds in one month and he says he feels better than he has in a long time. Sleeping better and has less brain fog/better mood) He mixes it with whole milk, and it keeps him satisfied/satiated and not craving junk all morning. He uses a ball jar and immersion blender every morning. He’s 52 and active in his job so he needs the extra energy. It definitely helps him a lot! If you are or you have a picky eater you need to help out and convert to low carb I’d consider this one. Plus the price is decent as the jar was about three times as big as what I thought it was going to be! Be aware that he did not use a full serving he used about 1/4 a serving and it still was chocolatey and delicious-helped him enormously. Recommend it!

delicious
I’ve tried several keto shakes and this one is by far my favorite. I like the chocolate the best but the vanilla is good too, especially when blended with a couple frozen strawberries which only add a couple carbs. The powder mixes pretty well but I find it’s much smoother with no lumps if I shake it up then let it sit for a couple minutes and shake it a again. A blender ball helps but it mixes well without it.I have one of these shakes for the first meal of the day (sometimes in the morning, sometimes later) since it’s easy and tastes good. I don’t always have time to put together a keto compliant meal so having these shakes on hand keeps me from eating easy to grab food that will throw me out of ketosis. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight while using these so I plan to keep them as part of my meal plan.If you’re concerned after reading the review about this stuff containing corn fiber don’t worry about it. They claim it’s the same as what corn syrup is made from and that’s just not true. Corn syrup is made from the surgery/starchy part of the corn kernel. What is in these shakes is the outer fibrous part of the corn kernel which does not contain sugar and is virtually calorie free.

Great for a quick Breakfast
This keto Shake mix is great, although a bit expensive it is very worth it. You can use organic coconut cream, regular cream (if you can find it) or heavy whipping cream, or coconut oil to add to the mix, as well as unflavored whey protein mix which should be low carb by definition and hemp hearts. This all adds to a great tasting and incredibly nutritious quick keto breakfast that will last at least 4 hours. Both flavors use the Erythritol sugar alcohol as a sweetener which is the ONLY sugar alcohol that has close to 0 affect on your your blood sugar, which is why it is not counted towards net carbs like fiber as it is only metabolized at a rate of 5% so if you have the chocolate or vanilla flavor you're having less than half a gram of carbs while having about 70% of the sweetness of regular sugar. Stay away from artificial Sugar substitutes like splenda (sucralose) and aspartame as they are bad for your health during long term consumption, natural Stevia is not artificial and is therefore ok. Sugar alcohols other than Erythritol affect the blood sugar more so stay away from them, they are not Keto Safe and will hold back your progress!

Good chocolate flavor
We just started the no carb no sugar diet and the sugar craving begins. This shake is pretty good, it tastes a little like nestles quick, but better. It calls for 2 scoops, but I find one scoop is enough. The only downside is no matter how much you mix it, it doesn't completely dissolve. I'm kind of okay with it, I just use a spoon. Maybe if I used it in a hot liquid instead of cold milk? Overall it's good, satisfying, and can be used as a snack or a meal. Yay chocolate!

Great product, quality, and value compared to other keto-products and non-keto products
I've tried both the Vanilla and Chocolate protein shakes, and they are both great. I do prefer the Vanilla because I think there's a lot more you can add in so the flavor does not become monotonous. Some days I mix in strawberries and blueberries (within my carb limit), other days avocados or matcha green tea mix (monk fruit based). The chocolate is great too if you want a chocolate peanut butter, mocha, other chocolate based treat you'd like to mimic.Like many of those who have tried other Keto protein products or meal replacement, this one is definitely the keeper. It doesn't have that bitter taste that exogenous keto products have. This is definitely more quality than Herbalife, I did Herbalife for a year and found out the soy and other products were causing inflammation and bloating in my body. After taking Ketologie for about three weeks, I've seen myself lose fat and gain lean muscle growth. The price is very reasonable for the quality of product you are getting. If you were to buy a protein product at some known places, you will easily spend $65-$90 on the same amount of product which does not even come close to the taste you get with Ketologie. If you're fasting and, like me, cut close to your feasting window closing, I like to pop in some avocados and chia seeds into my protein shake to help create that satiety.
