Great machine. My first attempt at biltong went really well. Its quiet, the temperature appeared to be accurate and it's attractive. Price point was pretty good to. I cant wait until my next batch!

This works great! I slice a full 3.5lb bottom round into 4 steaks they fit in there great but plenty of room for air to circulate. I enjoy my biltong on the rare to medium rare side so about 72hours is perfect. I wish you could set the timer for longer, it goes 24 hours max so you have to reset it every day. My biltong comes out of it perfectly every time.

My husband loves this machine. It makes perfect biltong every time! The recipe book is a great bonus. It's pretty quiet sitting on my kitchen counter. It holds a lot of meat!

I have been watching this product for a while now and finally decided to buy it!!! I am now on my second batch of biltong and highly recommend this unit!!! I am a novice biltong maker but, as a South African living in the USA, I really miss eating the stuff. I'm super happy to be able to make it myself!!! The first batch turned out really well. Really awesome small batch biltong maker. As a South African I can say with 100% confidence you won't regret buying this well designed unit for excellent homemade biltong. Even comes with recipe booklet for drying all sorts of meat products (not just biltong). No more paying extortionate prices for sub-par biltong purchased online!!

The unit was shipped very professional. I bought the black unit and it's very well made. This will be perfect for the normal homeowner who wants to make Billtong or any other type of meat. My hunting buddies are on notice to bring me deer, elk, bison. I want to throw some fresh salmon in it as well. Excited to get started.

When I plugged in the appliance, I got shocked by the unit and it tripped my circuit breaker. Does not appear as though quality control is effective. Waiting on a replacement. Wasting $50 worth of meat.

One of the top Biltong dehydrators out there. I dont like the change from the rods to the rack but thats my personal preference. The rods allows you to move the biltong around more easily. It's design is high quality and have 2 of these and 1 other make. This machine is fly proof as well as all the holes are perfectly designed to let the air circulate but not big enough for flies to get in. Black looks amazing and does not stand out as it brands in nicely. The light is a very good touch as it allows you to see and inspect biltong without having to take everything out.

So far I’m really happy!! Just wish I could afford to get one for my mom in South Africa . 😍 she would make the best biltong! It works well, The recipe is spot on! All in all great, no complaints Yet.
