Got these as a 50th birthday gift for a friend of mine..... had them engraved, and they turned out REALLY nice. They are very sturdy glasses. He loved them....and uses them every night now, especially when guests are over.

I ordered one of these that arrived with the front latch broken. However, there was also an error in the personalization that was my error. So I ordered a new one and didn’t ask them to replace it. Although the box is pretty fragile, I assumed that the broken latch as an anomaly based on the other largely positive reviews.The new one arrived and the back hinge was broken. This time I was going to ask for it to be replaced but they have a now return or replacement policy. In other words, they don’t stand by their product.The shipping box was in very good condition both times. Also. The damage both times was the screws pulling out because the wood is thin and poor quality. So this could not be blamed on shipping. It was poorly made and likely broken before shipped. It was in bubble wrap and both times when I took the bubble wrap off the screw fell out.I would advise against ANY products by this company. If you can’t return it even when the product is broken (and poorly made), they are obviously not a trustworthy company. They lack integrity.It was my mistake assuming that the broken piece was an anomaly, especially when the box is quite flimsy to begin with. However, a company should still take responsibility if a product arrives broken.

The set was very nice. It was a birthday present.The only thing that was wrong is one of the 4 glasses was broken when it arrived.I reached out to the manufacturer and am currently waiting to see if they will send a replacement glass.
