This set of knives are nothing short of phenomenal!! The weight is perfect, the feel in my hand is perfect, and the sharpness is astronomically out of this world to say the least!! The handles are a cherry on top of your sundae and look great color and all. The blades being hand-forged and absolutely EXTREMELY SHARP shattered my expectations in a way that I really wasn't remotely expecting, and to top the blades off I can tell that whoever made these by hand is a professional and really has crafted their work with exceptional attention to details, which is quite welcoming since here in the gool old USA we seem to have shied away from making American great quality products which is very sad!! I have cut, diced, chopped, and sliced just about anything you can imagine from all different cuts of meats from beef and pork briskets, beef and pork ribs, chicken all different parts, and last bone, yes you read that correctly. If I could rate this company and their product I'd give them 20 stars if I could!!! So yeah, with that last sentence saying what it says, you can bet the house I firmly and highly recommend this product and would buy again without hesitation!! If you already have this extremely nice, hand made forged steel knives then you already know how awesome they are and the rest of you quit being a procrastinator and put them in you cart and buy them, you WON'T be disappointed!!

Purchased this set for my husband for Father's Day. He loves these!!! They are great quality, very heavy but comfortable and well balanced. He couldn't wait to use them. Super sharp straight out of the box. He enjoys the quality and thinks they are good material, and perfect size.

3 piece set of very sharp knives. All different sizes for different purposes. The handle is durable and secure. It was a gift to my dad and he enjoys it very much.

Cutting with these knives is like cutting a butter, these are so sharp that these slide through the meat all kinds. Vegetable and fruits. The cleaver cuts the bone very easily in one stroke.Worth the money, highly reommended..Hope these remain sharp for long period.

The knives are good for the budget. They came in sharp and the edges were pretty good. No defects found upon my initial inspection. The handles were well made as well, but the rivets could be more flushed with the wood. They are full tang, always required for any knife in my opinion. They sliced through a hog like butter. Only downside is I would like for the bone chopping knife to come with a higher angle on the edge for durability, but that is an easy fix.Again, for the money, this set of knives is a good deal. I'm happy with this purchase, as I know I can make these knives last a long time.Do not run these through cheap sharpeners as it can ruin the edge. Use either whetstones, or a good diamond sharpening system for longevity.

Nice and sharp... has a good feel to them.. feel some quality in this product. My wife asked for these for Christmas..she loves them, so that's what matters most! Magnet really sucks the knife into the wall!

Bought these for myself since I needed a new set of cooking knives and the husband couldn't help but notice and loves them!! Lol.Very easy to use, HEAVY, quality feel, super sharp, balanced, extremely functional, I used the blunt side to crack open some garlic while cooking, and so far it's handled everything like a champ.Definitely looking at these as good gifts for the men folk in my life! ; )

A few years ago, I ordered a single knife that was similar to this set. Very pretty and came with a leather pouch. It was as dull as a ruler, and despite sharpening and re-sharpening or honing the blade, it was never dependable. I kept it only because it was a beautiful knife with a natural horn handle. I still have it hanging in my kitchen although it is completely unused.Fast forward to these knives. Pay very close attention to the reviews that tell you these knives are SHARP! If you're not careful, your kitchen can look like a crime scene in no time! Although I haven't had them long, I can tell you that everything I've used them on has been like the proverbial hot knife through butter. Absolutely sharp and wonderful to handle.Unlike a few other reviewers, my knives were packaged perfectly . There were plastic guards on the sharp tips or pointy parts, each knife was individually wrapped in oiled plastic around the blades, and the box was well sealed. I'm sure other people probably got used/returned knives, but these were obviously brand new.If durability or dependability become a problem, I will update this review. But so far, in the short time that I've owned them, they are worth the five stars I gave them.
