Great reverse script strength training devices
I already have the kind that resists when you squeeze, now I needed the kind that resist when you open your hand. These are it. And, this is a great version of it. These are very well-made, out of really stretchy rubber/silicone. Whatever it is made out of, it offers great resistance, and a bunch of different levels. You can set the resistance from light for beginners, up to pretty strong for more advanced training. Overall, these are great. They work exactly as intended, and expected. They are very easy to put on, adjust, and use. Exactly what I was looking for, and should last forever. Highly recommended.

Broke during use
The product helped with grip strength. I was able to work out some joint pains in my hands. The higher pound grip broke as seen in the photo. I would have expected it to last a little longer than 4 uses.

helped with hand pain
I've had pain and tightness in my hand and wrist for years and my doctor hasn't given me any answers aside from physical therapy (which she still hasn't prescribed). I have definitely noticed a difference since I've been exercising with this grip trainer over the last few weeks. It hurt at first, but now I have more motion and less pain in my thumb which was the worst spot.I've had no quality issues so far, been using them since the end of December and they show no signs of the silicone stressing or breaking. I'll update my review if anything breaks. The wrist strap is pretty uncomfortable when against bare skin, right now I strap it around my shirt sleeve and I might add some extra padding to it. But that's my only real complaint. This isn't going to bulk you up, but it's great if you have any issues with pain or weakness in your hand.

Good tool for $14
The media could not be loaded. Good product, especially for the price. I'm using it for finger dexterity strength for guitar fretting, so that'll be just my fretting hand. You certainly feel it working the hand and finger muscles. It has a solid build, both the durable rubber and nylon wrist grip. So, a nice little unit, and adjustable as strength increases.

Poor quality
When I first got them in the mail. Look great and felt great. I exercised each hand roughly 6hrs here and there within the 1st day. However, around the 3rd day. It show stress fractures in the slender part of rubber. Until eventually on le snapped off. I worked with the other one with the higher strength resistance. But the result was the same as the other. The flaw I noticed is how it was made. From the slender rubber that it is thicker at the finger holes and enforced, compared to where the stresses are forming right at the base palm of the rubber. I do hope the design could be improved to prevent such issue as this. While it lasted, it felt great to strengthen my hands and forearms.

Okay, a little weird to get the hand of though
I had a hard time figuring out how to use these things. The rubber on the rings is a bit hard to get onto your fingers and it's a little awkward pushing it to the weight you're looking for. But it is good for wrist, fingers, hand and forearm therapy and it does help strengthen as you go. The weight only moves in an extension motion too, I thought it worked for both flexing your fingers and extending them, but its made only for extension so you're aware.
