CAVIX PH-720B Compact Gimbal Head with QR Clamp and Plate, Indexing Rotator for 360 x 360° Panoramic Photos

Initially, I liked it. When I took the pano head out of the box it felt heavy so I assumed it was sturdy and well-built. It came with a nice case and it was surprisingly collapsable. After mounting my Canon R8 and Samyang fisheye lens (which is not a heavy setup), I noticed that there was some wobble on the rail that the camera mounted onto. Upon inspection, the issue was within the pivot joint (I don't know what the technical name is). I thought maybe a simple screw tightening would suffice but that did not help. In fact, the screws were bolted on SUPER tight already. I don't know why or how there was so much "play" in that joint but its definitely misaligned somewhere in there. For my purposes, its unusable because any weight applied and the rail will lean. Unfortunately, I will be returning it. I should have just did things right the first time and gone with Nodal Ninja.
