Excellent value for money. A silent, practical and easy to assemble rowing machine.
I have been using my rowing machine for a month and I am very happy with it.I unpacked it and assembled it (one person) in about 45 minutes. As promised, the magnetic mechanism is very silent. The only element I am not fully satisfied with is the LCD monitor: it helps track the strokes, but apart from that the rest of information does not seem to be very well-adjusted to the routine (e.g., no matter the resistance level, or your strength when pulling, distance always increases 8mts per stroke).

Exceptional Quality - Impressed!!
So we do not typically buy such an important and expensive item, from a potentially less known brand…. We did many hours of research after seeing this on sale. We kept coming back to this as the absolute standard bearer especially anywhere under $300-400.But even stacked against the highest prices, in research online, this seemed a competitor. Well from opening to assembly and use, we were not disappointed one bit! This was packaged the most secure and tight I think Ive ever seen anything packed before. The packaging rivals even the high end top phone brands or something similar. It just felt high quality even taking it out of the box.We thought it would feel really light and cheap in the parts. Nope, its super dense, high quality, but not too heavy to move and assemble easily. It just feels sturdy, polished, very high quality.Assembly was easy, but in some steps I did use the video briefly just to be sure things were facing the right way, such as the seat stopper piece etc. It ended up being the way I felt it should be, but the manual pictured it possibly facing the wrong way. That stuff happens even in building blocks, not a big deal just take it slow and sure. And bow the important aspect, this thing is a great exercising machine! With just a few smooth and silent pulls we felt we had a great work out all over our body. Did it for 20 mins nice and easy, lost a pound. We absolutely love it, even the kids can do it easily and we are extremely happy about our purchase!!

Great Value!
I’ve used fancy rowers for years at CrossFit so my expectations for this one were low. This is a great little machine! Very quiet, easy to put together, and an incredible value. We use it in conjunction with Apple Fitness so the IPAD holder is very convenient. Also easy to wheel from room to room (on our tiled floors at least). Definitely use a yoga or gym mat underneath to prevent it from moving while on it.

Easy to setup and use
No noise. Gives you a great arm and whole body workout... Easy to fold up. The only complaint I have is the seat could be more comfortable. The performance is satisfactory. The straps work great and help keep your feet in place .

Very nice machine
So far I’m very pleased with this rower. The assembly was easy, and took perhaps 25 minutes. The motion is very smooth, and the resistance is easy to adjust on the fly and sufficient to provide a good workout. The seat is anatomically correct but a little hard after a length of time while using it….not a dealbreaker, but just something I wanted to mention. I placed a foam computer chair pad that I wasn’t using on the seat, and now find it quite comfortable to use during an extended session. It also has some hand grips which allow you to use it for some various strength training exercises, but having other equipment I haven’t used that feature, and can’t advise on how as well that works. But for a light workout, I can see how that might be an attractive feature for a lot of users.

Great Workout Rower - and even Better Customer Service
I've had the PooBoo rower for 18 months now. The workout I get on the rower is really good - but I personally would like the resistance setting to be about 25% greater than the max currently allowed. [But for most people, I think the max setting would be enough as it is for my wife] To compensate for the lower resistance - I can easily just pull harder or increase my cadence to get a more rigorous workout when I want/need one. The motion is absolutely very smooth and fairly quiet. The only real noise comes from the seat moving back and forth - but it is not too noisy. I do prefer a slightly wider grip when rowing than the handle allows - so I simply cut 1-1/2" ABS pipe - 12" long and slipped over the original handles. I wrapped velcro strapping at 3 locations on the handles to act as shims for the 1-1/2" pipe. [see pictures]The assembly was amazingly VERY SIMPLE. It was well documented, the tools/nuts/bolts were all vacuum sealed on a piece of cardboard and assorted / labeled by steps. The tools are adequate for assembly but using a ratchet/socket tool makes the assembly go faster.I recently noticed a small amount of an oily substance directly below the enclosed flywheel mechanism. I wrote to the service email located on the back of the monitor control panel and within a day - customer service reached out to me. They [Koala], explained that my rower was out of the 1-year warranty - but NO PROBLEM - they were going to send out a new "ribbon flywheel". But before doing so, they sent me a YouTube video describing how to change out the "ribbon flywheel" and asked if was able to do the the replacement myself. The replacement appears VERY straightforward. The replacement part is now in the process of being sent. The rower was used for about 80-100 hours during the 18 months before I noticed the small oil patch.I have used the rower for about 10 hours following the discovery of the oily substance - and there doesn't seem to be any difference in the resistance or smooth rowing motion. The PooBoo rower provides a great workout, at a really reasonable price [$275 when I bought it] and with great customer service. PooBoo definitely provides a winning product through and through. I recommend it highly.
