Most importers seem to be using this WDI brand concealed tank system so parts should be easy to get. WDI appears to be the largest manufacturer of toilet components in China and their quality seems to be quite good. I've used their flush valves and float valves as replacements in other toilets and had zero issues. Everything can be accessed through the actuator plate opening. The float valve and flush valve snap in place and are easy to remove and replace. Overall quality seems to be quite good. Frame is sturdy with clean welds. Instructions are a bit fuzzy. Watch some YouTube videos about similar units before attempting an install. Use the version for 2x6 walls if you can. The 2x4 wall version is more money and the drain is more of a pain to install since it barely fits inside the wall. Really can't be beat at the price. Very satisfied.

Good wall-hung toilet carrier for residential use. Installed six months ago and it is working fine. Adjustments to flushing mechanism are possible, but no instructions are provided. Used instructions from a similar toilet to make adjustments. Drain connector requires 4" flexible coupling with 2x steel tightening straps (separate purchase, see Fernco). Standard PVC fittings will not work.

Well this unit was installed for a family member & they chose to cut cost a little by using least expensive brand & at first I was skeptical but 1st time setting a wall cistern unit so figured it’s their problem later on & my problem installing but actually was really easy & saved YUGE amount of money BC didn’t need to cut concrete in this application to make a 1st level pool bathroom available to all. Instructions are fair at best but always remember U have you-tube available? Some great hints & info there, will purchase this again & bowl as well as wall Unit was quality & substantially sound.

I have previously used more expensive styles of this toilet with no issues. We have installed 4 of these in our home and have had problems with all of them. Randomly start running if a full/flush cycle, float getting stuck, steady drips into the tank, bowls not holding enough water so gurgling when not in use. Very random and unpredictable issues.

Works great and easy to Install. Flushed are some what noisy.

This carrier is good quality and works with the TOTO EP WALL-HUNG DUAL-FLUSH TOILET (SKU: CWT428CMFG#MS) which has the best flushing action of all the wall-hungs out there. If you are going t mount this on a tile wall....it is highly recommended you use the Geberit 156.050.00.1 Acoustic Insulation Bowl Connection. This kit comes with a beefy foam sheet and plastic bolts connectors which are great. Just secure the carrier with lag screws in double studded framing. When you cover the carrier with board it is best practice to apply silicone to all the framing of the carrier that will make contact with the board. This will allow stiffen the connection between the board and carrier and allow for not play. Good luck and Godspeed!

I purchased this product on a house I inherited and everything had to go. (Included the previous pic for laughs).... The rest of the house on a concrete slab (FL), but this bathroom was added later and it had a wall flange which was new to me. I did set the toilet as if it was on the floor only because of the wall-mounted flange. But as you can see the instructions were easy, the template helped quite a bit, and even a Youtube video to help you out. It flushes pretty properly, haven't had any issues. As for value, not many "modern-looking" wall-mounted toilets. This one was one of the more attractive ones I saw.

Really good in-wall-tank, well build, got few from Home Depot in the past, but the price here cant be beat here, planning to install more at my house. Never had a leak in any of this systems.

1/2 of the parts came broken. Not sure if it happened with delivery or in Whitehouse or if just bad quality. I wouldn’t purchase again
