Big, heavy spoons, rather clumsy to use. Watch out - the knots lift and split, and the spoons chip easily in use, and are very hard to wash. Not very satisfactory compared to much cheaper products.

I ordered two of these spoons. One was nice, the other one has a small crack in the spoon part so I don't use it much because germs can grow in cracks. Both are very pretty, especially when you oil them up.

Somehow, I thought the spoon would be of a little more elongated shape than in the picture. The bowl is pretty rounded and the handle is much more cylindrical than in the picture. It is, however, an eight inch spoon and well made for what it is.

The quality is great and the spoons last forever. I am still using some olive wood utensils from 35 years ago. I wash by hand and apply olive oil or food grade mineral oil once a month. The shipping was fast.

These spoons do look nice, however they are rather short to be called serving spoons.

The picture doesn't do justice to these spoons at all, they are 10 times better in person. From the picture one may get the impression that it's thin and could break easily, but the actual product has good thickness and very sturdy. Products arrived 2 days before promised date, and Ms. Anna at the seller's Customer Service is prompt and courteous, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again.

Didn't realize how small it was, which was own fault since it clearly says 8 inches. Otherwise I'm a fan of olive wood.

This spoon is a work of art and the finish is beautiful. It's a perfect size for large salads, pastas, and stews.

I use this little cooking spoon all the time. It is well made and has held up well. I'm glad I bought this. I will buy more from this company in the future.

I think I like the one in the picture more than the one sent to me. Though I expected the smallish size, the actual item did not have the kind of workmanship I was looking for. The edge (where it comes to contact with cookware) was cut too sharp. I had to dull it a little bit to use. The spoon was also a bit thick. Just a generic spoon, without a strong characteristic in any feature, like curve, color or marbling, that would make it unique. However, I bought it inexpensively, so it is OK to keep.

This is pretty, well-made spoon. However, it was described as a spoon intended for eating, and that is what I purchased it for. When I received it I immediately knew that this spoon would not work for eating. It's too wide and thick with no bend in it like you would expect in a spoon designed for eating. I am really not in need of such a small spoon for cooking or serving. I may end up sending it back.

My son wanted a small spoon for cooking and eating with when out camping. It is holding up well but does dry out so would recommend using a little oil on it at times after washing.
