My son put this chair together in about 20 minutes. The functions are really good. Have tried other chairs with rise and recline and they have been nowhere as good as this.It’s very comfortable, easy to use , fits my body perfectly.Love the fact that I can keep my phone charged as it has a port in the handset for positioning the chair.The only thing that could be improved is the head rest. There isn’t a function to move the back and legs independently so have to use a pillow behind my head for comfort.The chair came in 3 large boxes, two came 2 days after ordering from DPD, the 3rd box came 4 days later from Evri and was continuously getting in touch with them, Evri is not the best courier as far as I am concerned.Seller was very helpful and kept in touch.Overall a great chair at a great price.Am very happy with my purchase.

We got this for Nana to replace an old worn out rise / recline chair. She has mobility issues so it was very important that it had suitable rise assistance and the extra heat/ massage options have been a huge help for her aches and pains.This arrives in 3 large boxes. 1 of which is very very heavy. So it is a good idea to have an extra person to help with moving and assembling. Other than being heavy it is easy to assemble. The sides slot onto the chair and the backrest into the base, then just plug in the controllers and the back rest to the base. Be careful not to push the arm rests on too far or the chair will have difficulty when it rises/ reclines.When assembled it is very comfortable. It's well padded and the material is soft. It is a wide chair and when reclined almost goes flat so make sure there is a lot of space around it. I weigh 95kg / 15 stone and it easily dealt with lifting me up. It rises slowly so don't expect to be launched out the chair.The heat and massage options are brilliant. lots of different patterns, zones and intensity to choose from. Everyone in our house has wanted to go take a seat in Nana's new chair.The only negative is the support frame only site in the middle, so if you do sit on the arm of the chair it will tilt or wobble. It is only a minor issue though. The padding is also not as dense as a full armchair, but it should last a few years at least.Good quality, good value. Much cheaper than the shops. Being a disabled person I found it difficult to assemble without help.Once assembled and power connected I found it easy to operate and very comfortable.Actuator is silent and strong.2 bolts for brackets at rear were missing - Wingnuts were supplied

Fantastic 😄 can't fault this chair, it's perfect. Nice and comfy, large and even came early. BEWARE there are foreign companies selling the same chair but you never receive them. This is the 3rd chair I ordered, 1st 2 from Hong Kong!!! Check out the suppliers. Easy to assemble with 1 person able to build it up. It did come by 2 carriers. Easy to chat with seller. I bought a waterproof cover for mine. Big fan

Took two of us to put it together and although one plug confused us it was down to rushing and not reading the instructions rather than anything else! 😂Once put together it was easy to slide the chair into it's final position and hook up the plugs for the power supply. Tested first the recliner and raise function, it's quite slow but that doesn't bother me and currently squeaks a little as the arms are in close to the base, I expect that to reduce over time.Next I tried the massage function - well that's just fantastic! Good range of intensity, type and the ability to pick zones is fabulous. The heat does seem to come primarily from the lumbar region but I suspect that is going to do my back the world of good.I absolutely love this chair and would recommend it to anyone.The seller was in contact with me throughout the process to ensure that delivery went smoothly and to support with assembly if needed, an extremely high level of customer service and I'm very grateful for the attention to detail they demonstrated.

Half of order delivered very quickly and ahead of estimated time. However, the other section did not arrive due to issues with Evri and queried where the missing package was seller advised they would keep on top of it but then no communication so have concerns about customer service. Easy to assemble but need 2 people due to size. Seems sturdy but only used a couple of times so far. Massage function works as described but heat function not yet tested. Overall the product seems value for money at this early stage
