Worth every penny
I want to start off by saying the quality care used in delivery is A+. It was boxed, wraped and even had "air packs" to keep them fresh. The smell is definitely unique compared to standard sandalwood. You get the relaxation of the sandalwood, plus its own unique spice that really helps to stay alert for deeper meditations. Heads up these are very strong so for some might only need to burn half at a time. One last thing is the woody smell of sandalwood is very dominant. So in other words you might want to be a fan of sandalwood before trying these. stick shape but no stick. Peace Love Namaste

Excellent Scent for Cost
I love Sandalwood and I have been looking for a decent brand for a while now. I want one that is both affordable and has a good scent. The Tibetan Sandalwood meets those conditions. It is heavy on the wood scent, so be sure that is what you are looking for in a Sandalwood. It isn't a sweet perfume scent like you can get with some other Sandalwoods.I have both the Morning Star and the Tibetan Sandalwood sticks at my home now and I honestly can say, I prefer the earthier heavily wooded scent of the Tibetan Sandalwood to the Morning Star. I also like the burn time much better. Now, it is important to note that you will need an incense holder with a rather large hole in order to fit the Tibetan Incense in it. I have a ceramic one that works well. A pot with sand in it would also work very well. You also need to be careful with this incense (which is shipped in a great deal of protection), because it is solid incense - no stick. In the affordability category, this is an 8" incense stick. It has a long burn time, so enjoy.

Instantly a fan
This is right in the same land that Bo-Rim and several of the great Bhutanese incenses inhabit, it's a pine-forest with hints of magic and mystery. It's beautiful clean air blowing off the sea through this forest, it's got a definitely slight medicine smell that lies in the sweet and pungeant category. The sandalwood scent weaves itself in and out of the herbal scents masterfully. This is really a good incense and I've been sniffing these kinds for days, now. I'm instantly a fan.

Their flimsy but burns out slowly for that everlasting sweet smell in the air!
First of all, I give credit for the secure packaging for the incense, however, it was very tight and hard for me to open without putting pressure into it. The incense sticks were all broken in half as soon as I opened it. So the only downside is that their very flimsy, which is easily breakable with the slightest force on opening the box. Even though their broken, these Incense are still usable by having them burn out in a cigarette ash-tray. Apart from the negatives, these Sandalwood Incense are very sweet smelling, which gives off a somewhat positive vibe in the air and they don't burn out as fast as other incense.

All wood, no sandal
I love the scent of sandalwood oil and I heard good things about this incense so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, it just smells like wood burning in your fireplace, I don't detect a hint of sandalwood. I tried 3 sticks before returning it. Also, it creates a lot of smoke, I mean a lot. And it was expensive, which wouldn't be a problem if it smelled even a little like sandalwood. Oh well, still on the hunt for a good sandalwood incense

Not perfumy
I like this product. I wasn't sure what some of the other reviews meant when they emphasized they smell like "real" sandalwood. I understand now. A lot of other sandalwood incense is very perfumy. This is definitely more woodsy or spicy. A little more masculine than I expected, but still nice. They were packaged in a nice sturdy box with foam and moisture packets then shrink-wrapped. They are a slightly thicker diameter and they do burn for a lot longer than any other incense I've ever used. I would buy this product again.

Pure incense, no stick
This is pure sandalwood incense in the shape of a skinny rod--there is no wooden stick in the middle. On the downside, that means that they can be brittle. If you don't handle them carefully they'll break on you. However because it's all incense, they produce a *very intense* sandalwood aroma. For me both aspects complement each other. I break each stick in half and only burn a half at a time. A half stick is more than enough to fill the house with a delightful sandalwood scent. And now each box goes twice as far.

Waste of money
This incense vacillates between no scent whatsoever to an occasional whif of something electrical or some non-organic substance burning in the house somewhere. Way over-priced and I question if it is even "Tibetan" incense.
