All your daily vitamins in one dissolvable strip!
The Diso M-VIT Multivitamins oral dissolvable strips are a convenient and innovative approach to daily nutrition. The comprehensive blend of essential vitamins, including A, C, D, and E, packed into each cranberry-flavored strip, makes maintaining overall health a breeze. I appreciate the ease with which these strips dissolve on the tongue, eliminating the need to swallow bulky pills. The taste is surprisingly pleasant, offering a refreshing cranberry flavor that avoids the medicinal aftertaste common in traditional supplements. The convenience factor is a significant plus; the compact tin packaging is perfect for on-the-go lifestyles, allowing me to keep up with my vitamin intake no matter where I am.However, while the M-VIT strips are undoubtedly convenient and tasty, I've noticed that the boost in well-being isn't as pronounced as I've experienced with other supplements. It's a subtle enhancement rather than a dramatic change. Despite this, I do feel an overall improvement in my day-to-day vitality and find these strips to be a solid addition to my health regimen, especially considering their vegan and gluten-free credentials. They're an excellent choice for those seeking a hassle-free way to incorporate essential vitamins and minerals into their diet. I would rate them 4 stars, as they deliver on taste, convenience, and nutritional support, albeit with a more gentle effect than some might expect from their daily vitamin supplement.Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

Try if you must, but look elsewhere first.
This is a tin of multivitamins in a novel strip format. These are a little odd to take. The instructions advise to place one on the tongue and let it dissolve, but in practice, it ends up stuck on the roof of the mouth; the trick is to generate a bit of saliva first so it goes onto a wet surface, which mostly prevents this from happening. The cranberry flavour is mostly there, but it gets drowned out by the erythritol, which leaves a bit of a weird aftertaste and some potential stomach discomfort. It would have been useful if they told you on the product page how much of each vitamin and mineral a strip provides. I've used scan to text to generate the below off the back of the tin:Panax Ginseng Extract: 30mgAshwagandha Extract: 20mgVitamin C: 60mg (75% NRV*)Vitamin K: 75mcg (100% NRV")Vitamin B5: 6mg (100%) NRV*)Vitamin B6: 1.4mg (100%) NRV^)Vitamin B2: 1.3mg (6%) NRV*)Vitamin B1: 1.0mg (91% NRV*)Vitamin A: 700mcg (87.5% NRV")Vitamin D: 10mcg (100% NRV*)Vitamin B9: 200mcg (100% NRV*)Vitamin B7: 50mncg (100% NRV")Vitamin B12: 2.5mg (100% NRV")Magnesium: 1mg (0.27% NRV^)Iodine: 140mcg (93.3% NRV")While the tin is nice and could be reused, it's not clear if the individual packets inside are recyclable; they use a kind of hybrid foil material, so probably not, and it's a lot of waste. In terms of the value proposition, I can't see why this is anything special for the money that you'd be paying here. Any promises of higher efficacy and bioavailability will vary from person to person, and if you're already eating a balanced diet, you will be getting most of these nutrients anyway. I don't think some Ashwagandha and Ginseng is enough to sell this over another product. You'll probably be better off getting a more cost-effective formulation in another more common form, such as tablets, capsules or flavoured gummies. Go with one of those and give this a miss.

Convenient, but very sweet!
I was interested in these as an alternative to tablets, as multivits tend to be on the horse-pill size, and though I can take them no problem, I prefer not to. Instead, I generally have a multivit gummy, so for me, that was what I was measuring this against. The packaging is obviously very nice. I got the tin pack, which can be re-used. Inside is a day short of a one-month supply, with each melt individually foiled-wrapped to keep them completely moisture-proof, otherwise I’d have a small tin of goo.The taste itself was way, WAY too sweet for me. All I could really taste was artificial sweetener, with a slightly tart back-taste. Not sure why they’re that sweet. They’d certainly appeal to kids. I’m also not sure why they chose cranberry, rather than a fresher taste like orange. All in all though, sweetness is a personal thing, and I’d say in general they’d be pretty palatable for most people. On the minus side, putting unusual products like ashwagandha and ginseng in didn’t really appeal to me - in fact it does quite the opposite, and I tend to steer away from that kind of unsubstantiated supplement. I would have preferred an additional recognised vitamin rather than a novelty. Also, for the online sales pitch I would have by far preferred a list of the vitamins included and their percentage of the recommended daily dose, rather than some random stock photo of a girl in headphones jumping in the air. However, the individual sachets were useful to drop a few in my bag, and leave a few at work, so that I could take one if I realised that I’d forgotten, though really it’s not the end of the world if you miss a multivit. All in all I’d say that if you have an aversion to tablets, these might be of use to you, For myself, I think I’ll be going back to my sugar (and sweetener)-free gummies after I finish these, as they’re almost half the price, and for me, the novelty alone wasn’t worth it.
