Size of the shoe doesn't match size guide in amazon

Quality looks to be good, will have to use for couple of months to know about the product. I had ordered Size 9 UK by looking at the size guide which shows 26.7 cms. After getting the product the size is 28.42 cms (as per the size guide it is Size 12 UK). Amazon ask the manufacturer to update proper size guide.
