Love the varying weight and colors of these weighted baseballs. The plan is to incorporate these during the off-season following a velo program to improve strength and increase throwing velocity. I expect to utilize the lightest balls are for mechanics without the traditional weight of a baseball. Looking forward to seeing some results next Spring!
