Using it from long time although once it's battery got bumped so i replaced it but yea its a good product at this price point you can definitely look forward for it....

I was satisfied with this power bank initially. It charged my devices well and seemed to be of good quality. I always used it with a Samsung original travel adapter and a Type-C cable. However, after a few months of normal use, it suddenly exploded. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but it was a very dangerous experience. Some of my stuff were burnt in this incident. I strongly feel that the company needs to conduct more rigorous quality and safety tests before selling such products. This kind of issue is not acceptable, especially when safety is at risk.

Its been more than 1 year, For the first year, it works great. But after a while its degraded battery life. I can only charge my phone once after a year. Now i only use it to charge my earphones and smart watches.

purchased this 10000mAH Powerbank during the PRIME DAY SALE , thanks to Amazon for delivering the product on time. This powerbank looks sturdy, premium comes with beautiful mechanical design. also supports fast charging. it's portable (best during travel but not recommended for long trips) It supports Turbocharge on my moto g 73 5g mobile which is phenomenal. Comes with a type -C to type-c cable. No connection issue so far (doesn't drop voltage or stops in between , while using it).
