Natural Earth Paint Eco Gesso Kit | Eco Friendly | Non-Toxic | Vegan | Petroleum-Free | Professional Grade

This is my first time trying the eco gesso kit, and I love the results so far. It got shipped to me sooner than the estimated arrival date, and from my tests, I'm going to get a lot out of the $30-$40 I spent on this. It makes a lot of methyl cellulose adhesive (the 4-cup jar on the right in the last picture), which can be used as glue, for making the provided gesso, and for making paint using your own pigments. I was given 2 methyl cellulose packets, so I can make 8 cups of this adhesive in total. The jar on the left is one cup of gesso powder with the required amount of water and glue. The canvases shown have one coat of gesso on them, and that's all I really needed to create a more sturdy, handmade canvas. Takes a while to dry, but I'm really loving how easy these were to make and how much I have left over. It didn't take long to make the adhesive or the gesso -- a few minutes to make the mixture, then letting it set overnight. After that, I can use it freely until I need to refill either jar. Definitely recommended if you want to start creating more eco conscious artwork!!
