I had explored getting an ergonomic cushion for my office chair to help support my lower back, and discovered that there are so many options. I landed on this one as it was priced well and looked and sounded like it was made well. The cushion is firm (but very comfy) and not squishy or soft. You have to like that firmness. I personally like that as I feel it's very supportive. I purchased it to help with lower back pain from sitting all day and working and also some mild hip pain when getting up after sitting for some time. I find that it relieves pressure from my back, and no more hip pain, so I have found it very helpful and comfortable. I find it also makes me focus on sitting up straight while sitting because it's supportive in the right ways and makes you sit properly vs. my sitting in my normal bad sort of slouchy posture in front of my computer while working :) I like that it has a nicely textured, waffle pattern, high quality cover. It has a zipper so you can remove it and wash it to keep it fresh. Because it is a stiffer type of cushion, it does keep you elevated from the base of your chair and so I personally think you would benefit from having a something under your feet to elevate your feet a little as it may be uncomfortable otherwise for your legs if you are sitting for a long time. I'm 5'7" so fairly tall for a woman and still have the need to rest my feet on top of something to keep them comfortable due to the height of the cushion. I have a little stool under my desk where I rest my feet when sitting on it and it's perfect. I know they sell items you can rest your feet on under your desk as well. I read reviews on other cushions on how they lost their shape after a short time. There is no hint of that happening with the one I purchased as it has a firmer memory foam than maybe some of the other options out there. I recently wanted to test how easy the cover was to remove and wash and then put back on the memory foam pillow. It worked great. I did have to fuss with the zipper at first when removing the cover as it got stuck on the side fabric but it was easily rectified. The cover was washed, did not shrink in any way and was easy to slip back into the cushion and zip closed. I was very happy about that! I would recommend this personally, but everyone's comfort needs are different. I don't see any quality concerns at all with this item. It's just a matter of liking the firm but comfy nature of the product. I'm very happy with how it's helped alleviate lower back and hip pain when getting up from working at my computer all day. Update: I purchased this item in Feb. 2025 and it's now August 2025. I still love this cushion. I used it daily for at least 8 hours a day while I work at my computer. It has completely held it's shape and looks brand new still. I've washed the outer cover at least five times. It is very easy to unzip, remove, and put back on the pillow again. The fabric cover has remained in 100% tact with no pilling or fabric falling apart from the washings or usage. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Item was shipped quickly and received in the time estimated for the order to arrive. Cost of the item was reasonable at the time I ordered it. I 've been dealing with a lower back injury since 2021, and this cushion helped relieve the pain pressure on the coccyx by allowing it to float over the open cutout section on the rear part of the cushion. Sitting is much more comfortable now for my bottom and lower back area with this seat cushion's help. Thanks SO MUCH to the vendor for this very helpful product.

I am struggling with sciatica. I gave this a try to use in my F150 pick up. I like the design and the firmness. I only wish the back went up a little bit further.

I purchased this seat cushion for my husband, who recently passed away and I started using it because I found that sitting in my recliner and getting up my lower back hurt and I couldn't understand why. Then I noticed after using this cushion, I have no more lower back pain. I purchased one for a christmas gift for daughter because she has a bad back. I hope it will give her some comfort.

I bought this specifically to relieve tailbone pain from extended sitting in a recliner after surgery. When reclined I just seem to hit the joint in the chair where the back meets the seat and my tailbone takes a beating—or used to. Since buying this I’ve been 100% pain free!!! Some folks mention it’s hard, others complain it too thick but collapses and stays that way. It is quite firm—not soft and squishy, but that’s the point. It supports! It’s rather thick when new, and where you make contact will flatten and you end up with a “mold” of your bottom. It’s memory foam—it remembers your shape! Best of all it’s curved up at the back. Wasn’t sure about that but it’s awesome!! 100% shifts the weight OFF the tailbone!! Depending on your needs and what you’re looking for, this is worth every penny! Other models and less expensive cushions don’t come close!!

El cojín es exacto a lo que se pide. Es firme y cómodo. Lo que no me gustó tanto es que la caja no tenía sello alguno y la bolsa que lo protegía tampoco estaba sellada. A nivel de despacho pues estaba intacto pero no estaba resguardado de ninguna manera.

Seems better for the wider butt person, basically better for larger men. Didn't say gigantic butt, just wider butt. The little curl up in the back is helpful, keeps you seated in the right place without sliding back. Still have my additional lumbar support strapped to the chair above it.

For many years my tailbone,(very bottom tip of spine) would get agonizingly soar sitting for a long time in the office chair I use for my home PC. I can tell you that I have tried pretty much EVERY type of seat cushion out there to help relieve the pain. I've tried Obusform, memory foam, cool gell, even an expensive ROHO seat cushion with adjustable air cells. ALL supposed to relieve lower back pain. For me not one of them worked for very long. They would all compress and go out of shape, offering no padding or support at all! Just pain for using them. Then one day I came across this ad in Amazon for the: Benazcap X Large Memory Seat Cushion for Office Chair Ergonomic Cushions Butt Pillow for Pressure Relief Sciatica & Pain Relief Memory Foam for Long Sitting for Gaming Chair and Car Seat. (Quite a mouth full I know, that Butt Pillow part had me in stitches) :P In the more detailed description it said, it actually relieved TailBone Pain. That really got my attention!! :D What caught my eye was how exaggerated the shape and curves this seat design is? I saw how longer and wider that horseshoe style opening was at the back of the cushion. I also noticed that unlike all the other pain relief cushions, that this one came together and curved upwards at the very back right where my tailbone was. The only thing that bothered me was just how thin this cushion was in some places. I always thought that thicker was better right? I soon discovered this not always the case. If you look at this cushion, you will see it does a few things most cushions do not. This cushion is designed to correct your seating posture with a shape that supports your hips by gently pushing your legs together, causing you to sit up straight and your legs straight. The part of the cushion curves around the back, nicely cushions your Butt and holds you in place. Then the cushion rises just the right amount at the back, right where the tailbone is! I could hardly believe it! It applies the perfect amount of pressure on my tailbone. Something no other cushion before has ever done!! After two days I realized my back pain was gone! What a relief it is, finally!! :D I want to assure you that this is Not a paid endorsment. I bought this cushion with my Own Money. With no more expectations that this cushion would work any better than all the others. This was a surprise for me that exceeded my expectations! I don't experience any of the other symptom's this cushion is said to relieve, so I can't say it will work for you. However because of the unique design of this cushion has, and the pain relief and comfort it has given me, makes me believe it might help you as well! As crazy as this sounds, I'm thinking of buying a couple more to have on hand incase this design is not available when or if this one wears out! I would definitely recommend this seat cushion to family or friends, with the kind of back pain I experence. I hope it will help you as well! :)

Tengo dolor coxis por una operación y cuando hacia un viaje de más de 2 horas al ponerme de pie tenía que esperar un rato para poder andar. Temía el viaje de 5h. Que renta qud hacer, hace 2 días lo hice y gracias al cojin al salir del coche no me dolía nada, voy a comprar otro para silla, es buenísimo, tamaño perfecto Para silla coche y para aliviar problemas de coxis y lumbago. Graciasca la forma qud tiene sujeta columna y alivia de presión al sentarte. Muy contenta

Je suis tombé sur le c..... coxxys et donc je me le suis fracturé ou luxé. Douleur supportable debout mais impossible de s'assoir trop longtemps (trajet voiture impossible après 1 semaine). Cousin épais convenable en maison. Je n'ai pu l'utiliser en voiture dans un C8 avec mon 1m85 car il me fait monter trop haut dans le siège.Je le conseille par contre pour tout les gens de petite taille dont la tête ne dépasse pas le volant. Et oui il est confortable et d'une très bonne qualité pour le tissu. je l'utilise sur mon fauteuil de bureau et c'est très agréable.

i bought this product like 3 month ago and i am very happy with it. it sticks to the chair very good. its soft and comfy and really makes a difference. i have 2 chairs of the same model, one in office and one in home. one of them is equipped with this seat cushion but the other is not. so trust me when i say it really makes a difference!
