Excellent phone

So completely disappointed! Got this phone for my daughter. After 2 days The screen was black. The phone would not turn on it would not charge. I messaged the company and ended up having to go through customer service. The company did not have good communication would take days to answer me it’s been over two weeks and I am STILL trying to get a refund! The phone was delivered back to them already. And nobody from the company will respond to my messages!

The owner this device refuses to upgrade his iPhone to a newer model without a “home” button, so a refurbished phone was our only option. There is one minor glitch with this particular phone’s function, but it works just fine! Hubby is happy :)

The microphone doesn't work, it gets very hot, don't buy it, I bought it and it turned out to be very bad.

This was a great looking phone and everything worked perfectly except the microphone, no one could hear me on the other end of a call? Would have kept it except for that. Should have been tested ,before sent or sold!
