No pain after a long flight
I researched seat pads for a couple weeks and decided on this one for a trip to South Africa. I have dreaded flying overseas because of my back pain and rear end pain made flights unbearable. This thing worked like a charm. My back is fine and my rear is 90% pain free after a total of 23 hours of flying in the last 28 hours. It is bulky but very light It's expensive, try to find one discounted like an open box and it's a no brainer.

Works great for my dad
Works great for my dad! He has back problems and this makes it easier for him while traveling. The cushion is very easy to inflate with the button. It feels very comfortable sitting on it. Highly recommend!
