I have a sensitive bladder and have been trying to find supplements that will help. Once out of the bottle, these urinary tract comfort capsules have no smell but a slightly artificial taste (which I think has more to do with the capsule than the contents). The content is pink powder. They are a fair size, probably bordering on larger than usual. They can be taken with or without food, although I take them with my evening meal and a glass of water. The recommended daily dosage is two capsules, making this one month’s supply. The best-before date is September 2026. I’m coeliac and also sensitive to various other things, so I have to be careful with ingredients. The main ingredients in these are cranberry (which is well known for helping the urinary tract) and American ginseng, which is purported to help boost the immune system, improve cognitive function, and help manage blood sugar levels and stress. Calculating the effect supplements have is sometimes tricky. I have been taking them for about a week and haven’t noticed any difference yet, although I know these things can take time to build up. I haven’t experienced any unpleasant side effects, although the tablets sometimes feel lodged in my throat, so I ensure to take them with food. I didn’t find the bottle design particularly appealing, but the lid was easy to remove. At the moment, I think the price of £19.99 is pretty expensive, but if they were to make a big difference, then I would be happy to pay it.

I'm pleased to be taking these capsules with ashwagandha and ginseng. In recent months, I have been having a bit of a tough time with some life stuff - I've not been sleeping well and I have sometimes felt a bit nauseous and not wanting to eat. But rather than take a strong prescription medicine, I decided to try a herbal supplement. What I like about these capsules is that the main ingredients have been tested in clinical trials and shown to reduce anxiety and sometimes depression. I'm not a fan of taking things that have unproven benefits. But my reading of the clinical trials is that there are genuine benefits to be had from both ashwagandha and ginseng. The product comes from Korea - and I think of Korea as a country that products quite a lot of high quality food and cosmetics products. So I trust that these capsules also contain what they are supposed to contain. I have been feeling calmer. But to be honest I don't know if it's a result of these capsules or not as I've changed quite a lot in my life. I have added in a greater variety of fruit and vegetables into my diet. I've been changing how I use my phone and devices. I've made other changes too. It's impossible to say what exactly has helped me to feel calmer (and to eat better and sleep more soundly), but maybe these capsules have been effective. Certainly, I trust the science that says that these ingredients do offer real benefits.

I got these Joint Health tablets as I tend to suffer from stiff knees and ankles. There are 60 capsules in the pack and with a recommended dose of 2 per day, this equates to around a one month supply. I was particularly attracted to this supplement as it mainly contains Boswellia and American Ginseng which is different from other supplements I've tried. They are easy to swallow with a little water and I've not noticed any aftertaste. The tips in the product description suggest taking with meals and 30-60 minutes prior to a workout, but I don't eat a meal so close to a workout. I normally have eat at least 2 hours before going to the gym so take my daily dose with that meal. I've been dieting and attending the gym more regularly and my joints have been feeling progressively better. I'm not entirely sure if the supplement is helping with that but I will finish the bottle and decide then if I will continue to take them. I just feel they are a little on the expensive side but if they are helping then they are probably worth it.
