It’s great! Got it for my elderly mom in assisted living. They put it together. Surprisingly very comfortable and looks great and all electric systems work. Will post picture soon.

VERY COMFORTABLE

Love this chair! It was easy to assemble and directions were easy to follow. It came together in 30 minutes. My 92 YO mother is in love with it. It has a smooth style and the controls are easy to use. Shipping was pretty fast. Great chair!

The media could not be loaded. Once again I have been in contact with the company, and told the chair was assembled correctly and the issues I am having are normal with this this chair. I uploaded photos and tried to upload a second video and once again I was unable to do so. I have attached the 2 second video video to this review. I was advised to sell it or give it to someone. I was offered a $40 credit not a refund on a chair that is not safe to use.This chair is cheaply made! The chair is flimsy and rocks from side to side when you sit it it. If you put any pressure on the arms of the chair you must be cautious. I did send pictures and confirm with the company that the chair is put together correctly. If there was an option to give this chair a negative score I would!

Got this for my mom a she loves it. The material feels good. It’s nice and warm. The massage part isn’t all that but overall it’s decent I guess but don’t think you’re gonna get like some true massage chair quality massage.

Light weight and easy to assembly, but not faux leather, cloth of some sort. Not a heavy piece also some what easy to tip forward. Comfortable enough but would not purchase again.

Yes you pay for shipping, but for about $400 bucks, this chair is the best thing in our house. We ordered one to try it out and see what color the fabric was. It is a light cream color, but not yellow cream, more of a grey cream on the color spectrum. Does not look blue or greenish. Very neutral and went with the browns, reds and golds in our living room. The fabric is a nice looking faux suede type which we have had before and it wears well. The only drawback is if you have kids, this chair will get dirty. Will be covering the arms to avoid that. It is also not one of those over stuffed monstrosities that you sink in and never get out of! Firm support, operates smoothly with no noise. The massage is enough to relax but not over powering. It is so good, we ordered another right away. We already knew that we would be racing to see who got the chair first!

When I finally got to put it together, the side arm brackets are misaligned so the left arm will not go on securely. Additionally, once all the plugs were attached per the instructions. The heat does not work.. not a good start with this product
