This is a great roller board that I highly recommend.

Perfect for rolling out the quads.

One downside of foam rollers is they slide around on wood floors. This one isn't too bad thanks to the addition of little gripper nubs, but it will still get away from you when you aren't putting enough pressure on it.Great size and plenty durable. Not too stiff, but stiff enough to work on knots.

Super sturdy and I think the splattered pattern is really cute. There are 3 flat circles in a line that you may assume are bad manufacturing but they actually help prevent the foam roller from rolling away and they are shallow enough that you can't feeling them when rolling. Also, this is definitely not a roller for those who have never rolled before; I didn't realize this was an extra firm roll when I bought it and I found it a little difficult to use at first even though I have previous experience with foam rolling. I am slowly getting used to it. I would definitely recommend the 36 inch roll for people with chronic back/thigh/side pain, athletes, or for menstrual-related back pains (use on the posterior side of your hips, not your lower back).
