My daughter prefers these to the powders. She says they’re easy to swallow and don’t cause any unwanted side effects. I’m not sure they’re helping much with her POTS yet, but to be fair, nothing really does.

I’ve been wishing for normalyte to make a capsule for so long. My dream is to be able to add it to my pill organizer and just take salt with all my other meds every morning. But I was bummed to see a cellulose capsule. I know vegans need that, but I react poorly to cellulose capsules (diarrhea and fatigue) and I believe a lot of other potsies do as well! (Might be why one of the reviewers didn’t do well on these). Anyway it’s still nice to have these pills be even more portable than the little sachets. I just dump out the contents into a glass of water and down it real fast. I actually think the contents of the capsule are better for me than the stuff in the little sachets because they there are fewer ingredients for me to react to. They didn’t try to make it palatable, and I benefit from that. But normalyte, if you’re reading, please make a version with gelatin capsules. I’d be forever grateful.

I don't retain salt well, so I need salt supplements to maintain normal body function. I have a very sensitive digestive tract, and regular normal salt tablets were making me feel incredibly nauseous. These are buffered with potassium citrate, so they're super gentle on my stomach, I've taken up to 4 capsules at a time and haven't experienced any discomfort. The drink mix packets from this brand are gross, but the capsules are awesome, a must-have for dysautonomia.

I took 1 tablet to see how things would go with this. I ended up severely nauseous and had diarrhea on top of my POTS symptoms. I will never take this again. I was hoping this would help me, but it is not for me.
