Brace was for my knee. No instructions to follow. As there is a medial support dial/ screw to increase/decrease pressure. Only info was not clear

Purchased this knee brace in March 2024. Wore it sporadically over the past 3 months. In that short (3 months) period the fabric covering the padding has disintegrated in 3 places, 2 of the buckles/closures have broken completely, the "adjustable" hinge doesn't hold its adjustment and it creaks and speaks constantly. Can't wear this thing anymore, totally useless. Total waste.

The brace is good quality but you need someone to fit it properly. If you fit it incorrectly it may result in more pain in your knee. When installed properly it works like charm. Rating three since not self usable at least for elderly persons.

The straps are good quality… the hinge mechanism is super week

Haven't got to wear my brace yet so I can't comment on comfort, stability, etc. I can't wear it yet because I didn't receive an Allan wrench, any spacers to limit extension and I didn't get the extra piece to go around my thigh to help keep it in place (although that isn't a "must have", I suppose)!!I'm sure my husband has some wrenches somewhere but when the product tells you it comes with, then it really should come with!I hope the fit and feel is better than this...Edit!!!I contacted the company letting them know that I didn't receive any tools with my brace! The person I talked to was extremely nice and so helpful! I received my tool kit 4 days later!I was in error about the suspension sleeve. That was not included in the price of the brace. Even so, they threw a sleeve in when they sent my tools!! Stellar company with great customer service!!
