Cannot handle 9mm
Sadly the protruding screw holes sheered off after a few rounds and it threw my optic at my face. I really wanted it to work cause it would be great to only have to spend $15 instead of $75-$150, but it’s just not worth it.Maybe it will work with 22lr or 380 cap, but 9mm recoil was too much for it to handle.

Definitely nice.
Had everything I needed to mount onto my P3 20 fit perfect had every screw you could think of and every plate needed to mount onto the pistol very nice. The build quality is good and easy to install.

Not for aftermarket slides
Well I have a gen 3 aftermarket slide and got this adapter not realizing it was for gen 4 and 5. So it’s too long to fit the slide I have and I don’t have a gen 4/5 slide to try it on. Not sure how it would fit. It does seem to be well made tho.

For new 19X MOS, better than stock plate.
So the first thing you should know is the Glock MOS plate, that comes with the 19x MOS (and all Glock MOS models) is made of steel and has slide serrations ridges on the sides, to match the slide sersrions on the rear of the slide. This plate is aluminum and does not having serration cuts, which does not matter to me. Again, this after market plate is made of aluminum and does not have small slots to match the slide serrations. The Glock MOS plate is steel, this plate is aluminum. That being said, this aluminum plate is machined better, than the stock steel version. This aftermarket aluminum plate fits better/tighter and is of higher quality as far as fit and finish. With this plate, the red dot sits a few hundredth lower also, which is a common complaint of the Glock MOS system, being too high. Unfortunately using any plate will set the red dot higher but this aluminum one is just very slightly lower, which is better in my opinion.I was pleasantly surprised by the price and quality versus the competition. I am glad I bought it and will be no doubt using this plate, in place of the Glock OEM plate, that came with the 19x MOS. This Glock 19x MOS has Ameriglo suppressor height sights standard, so the red dot height is not as important, but generally speaking the lower the red dot the better. This is a solid plate, even being aluminum. Pictures are of both the MOS plate and this plate. Glock MOS that come with the gun is on the right, this plate on the left. The plates are pictures from the top, side and bottom, for comparison. Also pictures of the screw sizes included with this plate and RMR sealing plate.Good luck out there,Dr. K

Don't waste your money
Purchased the RMR foot print plate for glock mos. Mounted to G-17T MOS sim pistol for light duty training. Plate fit upper very well. One of the fixed pins that goes into the optic footing was to big. Sanded it down on the outer diameter and optic fit perfect. When installing the screws that mount the optic to the plate one of the post broke off at 8 in lbs using a fix-it-stick torque driver. Most manufactures call for 10 in lbs to 15 in lbs. Monstrum has a lifetime warranty but not going to throw good money after bad paying for shipping back to them.

Fantastic budget MOS plate
I like the 6061 aircraft aluminum it’s made out of. Strong and light. I ended up putting this on my G17, G5 MOS with a really nice ADE micro red dot. It does not come with any directions but if you need directions on how to install then you should just have your local gunsmith throw it on there real quick. The battery/chatter plate works great and it comes with tons of extra screws for the different types of red dots it can mount. I’ve been able to shoot just over 500 rounds with this plate on and it has not budged. Very very happy with Monstrum on this one!

Action of the slide can work the screws loose over time
The plate mounts fine into the MOS system and is fairly thin but still thick enough to prevent usage of the front sight without a higher post. After about 75 shots I started getting some inconsistency in my grouping and found some of the screws had worked themselves loose. They do have some blue loctite on the screws but the action must be too much to hold consistently. These plates are good for seeing if you might like red dot but really it requires a milled slide to keep a consistent postion.
