They work!! And also Very tasty!!
These bars are the truth! If anything, the taste is great! I find myself eating them when i have a sweet tooth! So consider them to have a dual purpose! They oatmeal chocolate chip is great! Kinda reminds me of chic fila cookies! The real chocolate chips add a great touch! Now to the real question, does it help produce more milk? And the answer is YES!!! I began eating these the day i delivered. Though at the time it was just colostrum, my nature milk was being produced by the 3rd day! Very different than when it produced with my first child (two years ago). I feel like these bars helped produce the milk faster. I could actually see the milk forming around my babies mouth assuring me that it was actually milk coming out! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the product. Will def be trying the other flavors that they have!

Great taste, better performance!
These are AWESOME!! I was pumping about 20 ounces a day and still able to feed on demand and practically overnight, my milk supply plummeted and I was not able to pump much let alone feed hardly. I was desperate and found these bars, and not only do they actually taste great (I’m incredibly picky), but they have helped my supply come back up! I can’t say enough good things about these bars.

Tastes terrible, works fantastic
Admittedly, I've only been using these for 2 days and, on day 1, I could only eat half a bar at a time (forced my husband to eat the other half). So I'm now down a total of 4 bars, of which I ate 3 full ones in total.First day eating half a bar, I had milk production almost equivalent to my morning production (~60ml after feeding baby, typically 20-30ml at that point if day). Later on, I ate another half of a bar and the same thing happened.I ate a full bar today and same thing. I just ate another full bar. You'll have the full milk produced in 1-4 hours. If you wait 4 hours, you might get leakage. I keep alternating breasts every feed to ensure neither get too full. For the record, I am trying no other products with this. I was supplementing with formula but now exclusively breastfeed. I am 16 days post c-section, milk didn't come in until 5-7 days after and I didn't make enough at that point to breastfeed in spite of pumping & breastfeeding for over a week and a half, both before & after it came in. I pumped every other hour, attempted to breastfeed every non-pump hour to increase supply, ate 2500-3000 calories per day and am still losing ½-1lb per day (down 15.8lbs at this point, which might be part of the supply issue). This really works in spite of all these setbacks, I promise you.The flavor is reminiscent of fiber one bars, but off-brand in quality, has the cooling effect of erythritol (a natural, sugar free sweetener) and the flavor is best described as earthy cinnamon, likely due to the turmeric. The chocolate tastes cheap & fake. Not great, but it works just as good in half a bar as it does as a full bar so you don't actually have to eat the whole thing to get the same result.

Convenient and Effective Support for Milk Supply
As a new mom navigating the challenges of breastfeeding, I was searching for a natural and convenient way to support my milk supply. The Boobie Bar Superfood Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Lactation Bar caught my attention due to its blend of six organic superfoods, including moringa, shatavari root, turmeric, flaxseed, oats, and cinnamon. The taste is reminiscent of a hearty oatmeal cookie with a hint of spice, likely from the turmeric and cinnamon. While the flavor isn’t overly sweet, it’s satisfying and doesn’t have the chalky texture I’ve experienced with other lactation products. After incorporating one bar into my daily routine, I noticed a gradual increase in my milk production over the course of a week. It’s reassuring to have a snack that’s not only nourishing but also supports my breastfeeding journey.I appreciate that these bars are dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and fenugreek-free, catering to various dietary needs. While the price point is a bit higher than regular snack bars, the convenience and benefits make it a worthwhile investment for breastfeeding mothers seeking natural support.

Good ingredients
Not a huge fan of the taste, it’s quite strong, the texture is alright, not too dry. Size is like any other snack bar. Ingredients are good, has a lot of stuff that it’s known to help with boosting milk supply and aid milk flow. I can’t say it works but it is made with good ingredients, just too expensive in my opinion. I rather bake my own lactation snacks.

Love the taste of these and they work!
This is my third time around breastfeeding but first using this product. I’ve noticed a difference and we’re going on 9 months. I’ll keep buying these as long as I’m still breastfeeding.

Great Tasting! Super Fast Shipment.
Bought this for my daughter and she absolutely is loving the flavor. She's only had 2 so far, so we're waiting to see the results on milk production, but the taste is really good.

Taste good, but very little results
The flavor is outstanding. I got both blueberry muffin and peanut butter and really like them. I have been eating them every day for 3 weeks now. I can’t really see a difference in my milk supply, sadly. $20 for a box of 7 is pretty darn ridiculous. For that price, I would like to see results. Might as well find a recipe for lactation bars online and make my own for cheaper. I guess you never know until you try them. I think it is one of those things that works for certain people. I can’t say I would recommend them unless they actually work. I might try one more box to see if an extra week will work.
