This stupid watermelon doll started a schoolyard brawl among three 6-year-old frenemies. Lies, tears, screams, side eyes, mothers falling out, thoughts of kicking children - just a little, tense hellos at kindergarten graduation, girls becoming besties again, lingering feelings of pulling a child's hair a little. Sorry. I blacked out for a minute. So, yeah, it is a pretty popular doll among young girls.
