Works!
These are hands down the best acne dots around! The two different types really helps treat acne from the start! When I use these I feel like my occasional breakouts heal much much much faster than without. I’ve learned to always keep these on hand because they are a life saver! Before applying I take a little witch hazel toner over my skin and once that dries I apply the dot and it stays perfectly with no lifting or shifting. Highly recommend!

Small, descrete, and stick well to skin
Although I am not a huge fan of the two step process considering some other products only need 1 patch applied, these are still pretty decent. The separation of salicylic acid for one patch and hydrocolloid for another may provide for better results but personally I did not see a major difference. That being said, the product works and hits all the positive points I look for in a blemish patch. They are small and rather descrete. Not enough to actively wear out in public, but you can't see them well from a short distance depending on where you put them. They also stick well. I had no issue wearing them overnight and I toss and turn and often sleep face down. They come in sleeve sets which are sealed but one thing I don't like is once you break the seal the whole set is open to the elements. Most other similar products are the same but I wish they discovered a better way to package. Overall not bad. Worth trying to see if the two step process works better for your skin than single step patches. You may be surprised in a good way by the results.

Outstanding Product! Two Options! Two Sizes! So Versatile!
These patches arrive in a nice little box. Inside, you will find individually, sealed packets with these patches. There are two options in this pack: select the patch that best suits the state of the blemish. That's pretty cool! I have never seen another patch that does this. (And, I have used so many!) And, I always love the different sized patches (though, to be honest, I always use the biggest ones first since I like the idea of really covering a blemish ... and beyond!) These are genuinely effective, stay put until removed, and so gentle on skin! I love Sand & Sky products and these easily live up to my high expectations! Easy to use, so much cleaner than blemish serums/lotions/creams, and really effective! I'm such a fan!

Pimple go away!
I get pimples occasionally and these patches work miracles for me! I apply them to clean, dry skin with clean dry hands, but sterilized tweezers would be the most hygienic means to do so. The only thing is, they really stick! So, to remove, I either take a shower with them on and use a warm, wet washcloth after to gently wipe it off, or I steam it with a facial steamer to loosen it before peeling it away. Otherwise, they can leave a red mark and it hurts!

Works as expected, uneven number
Sand & Sky Dual Action Blemish Patches I'm not a stranger to blemish patches, but this two step process was new to me. The directions say to start with the help me patch until the blemish turns white, and then apply the bye bye patch. If using with the two step, there are not enough patches to do that. There are 45 of the step 1 (salicylic acid), and 30 of the step 2 (hydrocolloid). It appears one should treat the blemish, and the other will continue to pull out the gunk. There are also 2 sizes for the patches - they are fairly similar though. When using on my blemishes, I didn't really see a difference in using the dual step. I have used both salicylic acid patches and hydrocolloid - they both seem to work on my skin in similar ways. The product does work, but I'd probably reach for one of my other brands due to the number included.

Blemish Treatment
I've been using hydrocolloid patches for years. I brought some back from a trip to Korea even before they were available in the US. They are great for drawing out and drying blemishes that have already been popped and are leaking. They aren't much help for developing blemishes that haven't "come to a head" yet until these patches. One set is the normal hydrocolloid and the other set has salicylic acid which you can use on red bumps that have not developed fully yet and that the normal hydrocolloid patches don't work well on. Salicylic acid helps with skin exfoliation. No one likes to get blemishes, but I'm happy to have these in my arsenal.

Good
The box that these come in is not sealed but the dots themselves are. I don't see an expiration date on the box. I would recommend the manufacturer add the ingredient list to the Amazon listing. At the time of my review, the ingredients are not included. There are good clear instructions on the box. And I like the ingredients that are in these. They stick well but are easy to remove and they seem to work pretty well.

I've tried them before the best! Might be on the dearer side, but get all the gunk out! 100% recommend

I am well aware of the Australian Sand & Sky brand and have used a number ifbtheir products over the years. Normally being picky about what I put on my skin, I was doubtlessly open to try these judging purely from their past track record of my personal experience. It's early days. The pack is made up of two sets: One to apply when a blemish is noticeablye- for my this means the visual remnant from a dormant spot. By that I mean one which is dying away slowly. Much to slowly for my liking and in a region where it is quite noticeable ie my face. The second set is a midway patch - which should only be applied when the blemish turns white. Now, this is where the stickler is: What skin colour do they mean when they refer to a white-turned blemish? On my skin certainly, blemishes never turn white?! In any case, from that I kind of decipher that I should swap to Set Two once I see a noticeable difference. As it is early days, I have yet to see a significant difference. If I see an unexpected change, I shall report back. I certainly haven't noticed anything untoward on my skin by way of an adverse reaction. I am happy to continue using these and hope to see a noticeable improvement to the blemish left behind by an old spot to disappear rapidly! 5 stars

I have been a long time fan of Sand & Sky products so I was so happy to receive these pimple patches to try. I’m currently breaking out like crazy so it has been the perfect time to put them to the test. They are super easy to use, simply peel and stick to the affected area. They stay in place well too. I’ve been wearing them to bed and keeping them on overnight. In the morning, they are exactly where I left them. Given that they stick so well, I was worried they’d be sore to take off but this hasn’t been the case. They definitely help to reduce the redness and inflammation of my spots. They don’t leave any residue behind either. The patches have great spot fighting ingredients and while they are certainly not miracle workers, they are definitely welcome additions to my skincare kit. Happy to recommend 😊

This pack of blemish patches comes in a nicely presented branded cardboard box which contains x45 Step 1 ‘Help Me’ patches and x30 Step 2 ‘Bye Bye’ patches. Each set has two patch sizes available 10mm and 12mm to help ensure complete coverage of different sized blemishes and are sealed in a few different packets enabling you to keep them clean. The first step is the ‘Help Me’ patches, to be used when the blemish is red, which contains salicylic acid to penetrate the pore to clear the blemish of impurities, in combination with Australian tea tree oil which is antiseptic and anti-microbial properties. It also includes Canadian willow herb and grape seed extract which both soothes and provides antioxidants for the skin to reduce redness and irritation. The ’Help Me’ patches have a matte finish and are relatively thin with a transparent finish, meaning that they aren’t very visible when applied to the skin and I was able to go out with it on and not feel self-conscious. I like that it protects spots from being touched and blends with your skin well The secondary step is the ‘Bye Bye Patches’ to be used when the blemish is white which contains hydrocolloid to draw out the impurities and promote healing in conjunction with centella asiatica and aloe vera to soothe inflammation. The ‘Bye Bye’ patches also have a matte finish but are thicker and therefore are opaquer then the first step. I tend to try and wear these when at home and overnight due to the fact they are more visible. Both types of patches adhere to the skin really well and stay in place. Once removed they don’t leave any sticky residue and neither caused any adverse reactions. The patches don’t necessarily make the spot go away any quicker but they do protect against external pollutants and help remove the impurities without scarring skin. They also help reduce inflammation and there are no nasties that could irritate the skin further. Priced at £17 (with an additional 25% off voucher valid until the 31st January 2024) at the time of reviewing, these are expensive but they included a good amount of ingredients which gently helps the inflammation and I particularly like that they protect against external pollutants and prevent you from subconsciously touching the area. Therefore I would be very happy to recommend these blemish patches.

Ideal for applying before bed to tackle stubborn spots, these blemish patches are so easy to apply, just peel off a patch from the backing and use the relevant patch according to the type of spot you have, so if you have a red spot you apply the 'Help Me' patch and if the spot is white you apply the 'Bye-Bye ' patch, leaving it on overnight, letting it work it's magic. I have used these patches a few times now and i have seen an improvement in the spot the next day, making spots look less aggressive and helping them heal quicker. Although not a miracle cure, these patches certainly help, plus i feel they are gentle on the skin.
