I have been taking these for 3 months now (started in July) and the biggest difference I saw was how strong my nails became. I was wearing nail extensions back to back with no breaks and my nails became so brittle, paper thin and very very weak. They would break from the slightest pressure. After about a month, I noticed my nails were so hard and strong, honestly they won’t even bend when I press on them now. I’m amazed at how quickly I saw the results with my nails. In terms of my skin, I have not broken out at all in 3 months now, just the odd tiny spot around the time of the month, but nothing else. The only thing I don’t think it did much for me was growing my hair. It made my hair much stronger, it broke less and is so much thicker than before, but my hair didn’t grow much. I have veryyy slow growing hair so I’m not that surprised. But overall, I really liked these supplements! And for the price, you really cannot go wrong. You get 6 months worse for about 6 quid, can’t beat that!

I have been taking this product for around 1 month and I did see that my hair was better and my nails grew faster and my skin looked better, however, I ended up in hospital with mild concussion after blacking out and falling head first into my bedroom wall! Hospital said it was due to low blood sugar. This product contains biotin that can drastically reduce blood sugar and is not to be taken daily! Three weeks later I am still suffering lightheadedness and neck problems so I will NOT be buying again ...please be careful

I bought these on 25th Aug 2022, the delivery was next dayafter reading a lot of reviews of many products I decided to try this one, for the quantity plus the pricethe main issue I have as a menopausal woman (51) after total hysterectomy and HRT since march 2022 , is splitting nails and thin hair with hair loss. After taking these for 2 months I have seen some definite improvement in my nails and also some new hair growth around my forehead and around my ears. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly these have helped me as usually these things take much longer.
